A plush hotel. Lovely room very modern. Took me a while to sort the light switches but got there in the end. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom with separate toilets. Nice breakfast. I was made a very nice omelette by the lady in the kitchen at the end of the breakfast hall. The cakes and pastries and fruit salads were lovely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A receptionist helped me with the best place to go and take photos of the skyline which was much appreciated and wrote the place down on a piece of paper which I could give to a taxi driver. As I don't speak German I relied upon Google translate on my travels but didn't need it on this hotel as the staff spoke English which was very helpful. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Hi, just providing feedback, two rooms
922 and 620.
In the room 922 was badly programmed the light, so it was not possible to turn off the light in the bathroom.
When I called the reception, they gave me wrong instructions and they were not able to solve the situation . So we slept the whole night with the light on.
In both rooms were missing quite a lot of equipment. Like no nobody lotion, sanitary kit etc.
The whole experience from the hotel is like staying in Bangladesh.

The only good thing that can be said is the beautiful view and the cleanliness of the room. Prices are unjustifiably inflated. The staff does not know English, when we wanted to leave the hotel, they explained something to us. At that time, when we entered the hotel, there was a football team, the access for the rest of the hotel guests was limited and we could not use the rest area, it was almost impossible to pass because of the security and people, fans, who surrounded the entire first floor.

A beautiful hotel, modern clean design.
Rooms are stunning with amazing toiletries.
The location is great close to the tram and underground.
The park is just opposite the hotel.
My only concern would be the lack of service esp porters and waiters in the The Level restaurant/ lounge.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel

Loving this hotel in Frankfurt. It’s new clean modern and stylish. The lobby area leads to Neu Frankfurt bar which is sublime. The elevators are key card activated and you pin in your floor. The rooms are cozy bright and full of light. The hotel features amenities by Rituals which blew my mind, even though not quite topped up and reasonably full for my the next guests it’s still a huge partnership in my mind. I’m In love with the decor, service received and quality of products offered.

My experience with this service was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory in several aspects. Not only was I charged significantly more than a friend who booked just a few days before me, which I consider unfair, but I also encountered several issues during my stay. To start with, upon arriving at the room, I found that the bedsheet was dirty, which is unacceptable in any lodging establishment. Additionally, my reservation was for three people - two adults and one child - yet no extra bed or towel was provided to accommodate our group adequately.
To make matters worse, the reception staff offered no helpful guidance during check-in, including the Wi-Fi password, which I requested but was not provided. The lack of communication and attention to detail from the reception personnel only heightened my dissatisfaction with the service provided.
In summary, my stay at this establishment was marked by a series of inconveniences and failures, culminating in an extremely negative experience. I do not recommend this location to anyone and hope that measures are taken to improve the quality of service offered to customers.

Firstly, the absence of a concierge service is disappointing, as one would expect at least some form of assistance to make the stay more comfortable and convenient. Furthermore, the lack of designated personnel to assist with luggage is unacceptable. The behavior of the staff also left much to be desired. In addition to not providing adequate guidance, as mentioned earlier, their lack of politeness and courtesy was notable. Instead of providing a hospitable experience, the reception staff acted extremely rude and indifferent.

Very clean, large, spacious rooms and the hotel itself in general. Everything is new and modern. The service is also good. The location is next to a nice subway, the entrance of which looks like a carriage stuck in the ground ;) I really enjoyed.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed in one of the Level rooms and it was perfect. The staff on Level 15 were so helpful, especially when our train got cancelled due to the strike. The customer service is 100%, the Level 15 was perfect, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We were there for the Heimtextil expo, and it was easy to walk across to it, and public transport was super close.
We would definitely stay again.

Great pricing with excellent location. The hosts and staff were very friendly. They aided and answered every question we had.
The rooms were very classy and trendy. Restaurant also offers a nice breakfast menu! The hotel to book when your staying at Frankfurt!

Had a fantastic stay at Melia Frankfurt city hotel. The hotel is brand new and it’s located at the heart of Frankfurt city .The staffs were really friendly ,especially the lady at the reception ,Claudia . She was really welcoming ,warm helpful and helpful. She gave us insights about the city, local restaurants and what we could do during our stay.She deserves a raise for her great hospitality. I will definitely be back when I return in December.
