Honestly, this is one of the best trips I’ve went to! Even though the furniture seems a bit old, the activities, entertainment and food made up for it! the rooms are clean though. Good hotel. Food is also not bad. Need a shuttle to the airport

Hotel, Rooms, Restaurants, Bar, Swimming Pools, Beach were all excellent. This hotel is immaculately clean. Very friendly staff and food was very good. We booked for two weeks and plan to return here next year as we were very impressed. You won’t be disappointed.

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. We had a decent stay at this hotel. The welcome and service were satisfactory, and the restaurant staff in particular, Elsayed, was particularly friendly and attentive. On the other hand, the breakfast was a bit average, there may be some room for improvement on that side. Overall, good value for money for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay! The room and facilities were perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Arrived after a long flight where I was greeted at reception by a very helpful receptionist. I can’t remember his name but got the room a booked which was amazing! I had a wonderful vacation with my family, even at high season the hotel was comfortable and not crowded at the restaurant and facilities. Had a nice welcoming thanks to Mr Shady the duty manager and Ms Mariam at the reception. The Gym was nice, thank to Coach Mohamed. The food quality was wonderful.

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel, and the check-in process was smooth. As a nice extra, we even received an upgrade within the same room category, but with a better view.
