Hotel was fantastic value for money from a facilities point of view. Room and spa brilliant but service and quality of food not good. Sadly, staff in hotel and spa not helpful or friendly and often surly. Not immediately near restaurants or bars but only 10 to 15 minute walk to Lo Pagan, a lovely place. No food available at lunch time in the hotel. Area not touristy so nice and quiet. Great for relaxing. Would return.

Only visited the spa, but it's a great experience for a couple of hours of chill out at a very good rate. Remember a swimming cap, flip flops, a towel and your togs and you're good to go. The midweek rate is much better value than the weekend, so if you can, go off peak.

The most disgusting place I’ve ever visited in my life. The spa is over crowded with crippled old people that haven’t taken a shower in years. I took 10m into the pool and the stench of old dead skin and feces made me and my wife immediately leave. Broken tiles, yellow grout, broken showers everywhere. Rusty chairs. It’s really sad and depressing. I feel sorry for any paying customers.

Used the spa, for €16 a session. You need a swim cap and flip flops. Different areas in the pool with jets. Also a hot tub. Temperature was 30.5° in the main area

Rooms are clean and spacious but feel very clinical, more business than leisure.
Nice touch to have bath robes for the spa.
Access to the garage is easy but if not checked in, no one answered the bell and I had to beep the horn quite a few times. Same to exit, they failed to tell me to keep the key to go out and I was trapped in the exit of the garage for some time until someone noticed the horn again (no door bell answer and no answer to the phone when I tried to call)
Staff is just friendly enough but they need more training to give a first reception and instructions more helpful as well as answering customers questions about the hotel, without causing a long check-in delay (long waiting queue to check-in when I arrived)
Continental breakfast buffet is good, there are eggs in different preparations and a few options for vegetarians.
Coffee was delicious and there was one vegetable milk and one lactose-free. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast was much nicer and friendly than reception staff.
View from restaurant to the huge indoor yard full of exotic plants was a very relaxing feature.

We only used the spa here. So we can't comment on the rooms.
The spa is big and the water is salt water rather than chlorinated. Lots of little areas with jets and bubbles to enjoy. And for an extra charge tli can enjoy the hammam. Where there is a dry sauna, hot pool, cold dip pool, two hot and cold rock walk through lanes and a steam room. In all honesty the steam room isn't great. The hot pool is nice and the sauna is good. But the entire hammam feels a bit dated and not as clean as it could be. And that goes for the water circuit too. It all feels like it needs a good scrub. There are lots of mosaic tiles missing from the area around the pools. And the area is vast. It's a big water circuit. The changing rooms are the cleanest part of the whole place. We enjoyed our experience here. But it feels like it needs some major money spent on it.
You need to take your own towel, swim cap and sandals (flip flops) as these are all compulsory to use.
Go and enjoy it. It's a great few hours to relax and unwind. Just be prepared for the things I've mentioned.

Quite expensive considering. Stayed for one night and 2 days. Only allowed one and a half hour in the pool for the duration of our stay and you had to state on arrival at reception when checking in, the time you would be going into the pool. Treatments are quite expensive and the dressing gowns are very tired and shabby. Pool is very very salty and makes your eyes sting. Food is good but at €30 per head (lunch or evening meal), you expect it to be. Staff are lovely. Overall, for the price, it could do with a revamp. Been to much better and cheaper. Wouldn't stay again.
