Ket Korona Konferencia es Wellness Hotel

I was disappointed by my stay at Két Korona Konferencia és Wellness Hotel. The wifi was so weak that I could not use it for videochat. The overall cleanliness was not satisfactory: the bed linen had a stain and hair on it, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was moldy and dim-lit, the water from the tap was yellow, and there were numerous spider webs and ants in the room (see the attached pictures). The temperature could jot be controlled in the room, the corridor was unlit. The staff did not give a professional impression. The food was overpriced and had not a great selection. The outlet next to my bed had no power, so I could not charge my phone easily. The layout of the hotel was uncomfortable: I had to walk through the dining area to get to my room, which felt awkward and intrusive. The wellness area closed at 19:00, which was too early for me. There was no changing possibility there, so I had to wear a bathrobe that I had to request from the reception and walk through the dining area again in it. Slippers were not provided either. There were also dangerous door thresholds at busy and unexpected places that could cause tripping or injury. It would have been fine experience for a two-star hotel but definitely not for four-star, won't be going back.

Very nice and polite staff but unfortunately the rooms were not clean at all, full of insects and hundreds of ants, the food quality was terrible, it seemed they were recycling the food from previous night, but stayed five nights and was hungry every night, not even gonna mention breakfast.. Overall I don't think I'll visit again.

foods and breakfasts are terrible. other than that clean rooms and great stuff. next time for sure will book airbnb if I will eat from outside for a week of my duration.
