Sunset Residence Apart-hotel

Very modern and well decorated apartment. It contains whatever needed for comfy stay. All the apartments have lake views, which is the most distinctive feature for this residence and specifically the setting area at the roof. The reception staff ( Mr. Samuel ) is very friendly and helpful. There is a complementary water and ice outside the apartment for free. Also, they have a free car parking. The resident safety measures are excellent.

Sunset Residence was incredible with gorgeous views, delicious restaurants close by, and a gracious owner. They have bikes, scooters, and paddle boards for rent at the main office. The pool and sauna on site are top notch. Croissants and coffee delivered to your room each morning. I can't wait to go back!!

the property is well maintained, very modern and has unique design of all sail boats images and more all over the place .
we where 5 persons and it was suite to our needs.
the kitchen is well equipped ,and the apartment was clean and tidy .
above all there is super women named Laura that will assist you with all related info .

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Sunset Residence during our 5 days at Lake Garda. It was absolutely fantastic! The location is breathtaking, nestled right by Lake Garda with stunning sunset views every evening. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything we could ever need was provided in our apartment, including an opportunity to order delicious croissants and bread each morning. Laura was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local dining and activities. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient amenities like the infinity swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, the balcony over looking the lake and the easy beach access. Our stay truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to visit again!
There was nothing that we did not like at Sunset Residence. Everything in the apartment and outdoor spaces suited our tastes and was above and beyond our expectations. If anything, we wish we had spent more time there to relax and enjoy all of the amenities and take time to explore more of Lake Garda and the Dolomites. We could have easily spent 5 to 7 more days there.

Sunset is in a great location with stunning views over Lake Garda. The parking is excellent and spacious, located right under the accommodation. The top floor pool, sauna and BBQ area is utterly lovely too, and a haven of tranquillity. But best of all is the warm welcome and lots of hints and tips from Laura, who greeted us warmly and delivered fresh croissants and ciabatta every morning. Thoughtful touches, like a great coffee maker, and spa quality shower gel and body lotion lift Sunset out of the ordinary. Highly recommended.

Wow! What an experience!

We were a group of 11 guys, staying for a long weekend.

The property is perfect - great pool, sauna, BBQ area.

Laura was an incredible host, she looked after our every need - and even noticed when it was my birthday and got me a cake.

I have never felt so looked after on a trip! Can I give 6 stars? 7 stars?

This apartment building is very nice, very modern, with outstanding terraces and views of the lake. Parking in garage, breakfast options can be delivered to door in the morning (nothing special), dogs allowed. We used the sauna area which was amazing, for an extra cost, was private (😉). Outdoor pool and sitting area with views was also excellent. Inside apartment was spacious, good bed and kitchen. Maybe only disappointment was some spiders in the room and the access to get outside, which only could be done with the garage door, seems weird. Also, for check out we were ready to leave at 9, but had to wait until someone came 30 minutes later to check out. But that's a minor thing. We had an amazing stay and would gladly return!

Lovely stay at Sunset Residence. Laura and Manuel are very welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The views of Lake Garda from our apartment were stunning and from the pool area magical. The area is charming with lots of hiking, cycling and walking options and pretty towns to explore. I would highly recommend.

Exquisite attention to detail and customer service. The layout of the property was expertly done and very intentional in its approach. The spa package in particular is an excellent value and we highly recommend. Our hostess Laura made the entire experience wonderful and was exceptionally accommodating
