Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais Hotel

Friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. Travel issues delayed our trip by a day and there were no issues with a delayed check in.
Stayed in the Superior Double Room, which was spacious and comfortable. Enough room to fit our wheelchair without feeling crowded.
Bathrooms clean and well supplied. There is functioning air conditioning, but don't expect the room to get frigid. Refrigerator wasn't particularly cold, but it wasn't a big deal for us.
The hotel is in a quiet area of the city, secured via a front gate with a key card provided for entry. Hallways are wide and well lit. There are interesting art and chapel rooms in the hotel due to its history.
Small elevator available, large enough to fit a wheelchair. There is also a lift for wheelchair-bound individuals to enter the hotel from the driveway our front.
Excellent breakfast, nothing fancy, but is convenient for the essentials
Front desk was able to order a taxi for us to go to the airport

Stayed 4 nights, fantastic service. Clean and spacious room, very friendly and kind staffs. Beautiful building, history, arts! Enjoyed staying here so much! If i come back to Napoli, im coming back to this place!!!!!!! :-)

Room was freezing cold as i couldn’t adjust the air conditioning. The lady made me move my car because she said other guests reserved parking when it had many free spaces and even though i had reserved for 2 nights

I spent 3 days in this nice hotel for an international meeting, and everything was perfect.
The location, an earlier monastery, is really charming: you nearly can hear the monks singing.
Rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is very efficient and friendly and the food was really great!
All participants to the meeting were happy and impressed. We will be back, for sure!

We arrived quite early, but we were welcomed as if we were old friends.
We were kindly offered to have breakfast right on our arrival. We received a little guiding tour of the hotel, with background stories of the convent.
Salvatore, all the receptionists and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, approachable, helpful.
We really only can use super relatives to describe our stay.
The hotel is clean, has a nice fresh smell everywhere basically.
The buffet breakfast is nice, fresh tipici dolci and savoury Italian pastries served along with some continental food (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, salamis and other cold cuts and cheese) as well. Fruits, juices, bottled cold water and coffee of your liking is also served.
The inner courtyard is like an orchard and it comes with its own cat, called Cappuccina, who is also friendly and a lovely, little attention seeker.
The hotel is in superb and quiet location. Although, L2 metro didn't work on those days we were there, but bus C16, 151, 140 takes you to the centre and with all honesty Naples is a walkable city.
It was close enough to get back to chill out during siesta and refresh, recharge after spending hours in the heat exploring the city and then just walk back in town or the lungomare late afternoon or early evening.
It's a pity we've missed the grand opening of the rooftop terrace by only one day 😊
Hopefully, we'll be back to enjoy it [the rooftop] in its full glory.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful view. The staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are clean and everything is brand new. Breakfast is really delicious and you can find everything you need. The location of the hotel is very good and the metro is about 5 minutes on foot. The district is very quiet and you can relax by the sea. This hotel is the place where you want to come back :)

A great place to stay and feel where the old monks used to stay. All the people were friendly kind and nice. If I visit this crazy town again, this hotel will be the first place to stay.

A beautiful building readapted perfectly to a modern and functional hotel. The rooms are very nicely designed with independent air con, a desk for working and a very comfy bed. Same level of quality in the toilet. In the common areas there is an old library and the old church choir, really impressive. A selling point is the breakfast served in the terrace, home made cakes brings the hotel to another level of quality. The kindness of the stuff is remarkable and it is on the top of my list as best hotels!!!

The ambience and comfort at Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais was perfect for a good night's rest. From the moment we walked through the front doors to the time we departed, service was professional, friendly, and attentive. Security worked well.

Our rooms--we had two--were clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of minimalist characteristics. Think upscale, simple monastery. Amazing artwork tastefully displayed added to the relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast included many delicious sweets and savory choices along with fresh fruit. With cappuccino or other choice of beverage in the morning, it's a perfect way for the day to start.

Close to the Mergellina train stop, it's location gave us access to where we needed to go in the historic, lively part of the city. (This neighborhood was relatively quiet; thick walls kept us insulated.)

I'll be bookmarking this place for future stays in Napoli.
