Terrible experience.

Where do I start, the wait for the check-in was tedious and lengthy. The reception comprised of 1 lady at the desk, even so with a nonchalant attitude towards the guests. Pictures of our IC/Passport were taken by the receptionist and sent somewhere else via WhatsApp. Where the information is required is unbeknownst to us.

The hotel came with more rules and regulations than actual services. After checking-in, you will be met with a barrage of disclaimers, making the entire experience uncomfortable.

Lastly, the hotel amenities are truly subpar at their very best. The air-conditioning runs at a hum all through the night. The sink does not come with handsoap, so you'd have to bring your own and there is no drying mat for your feet after using the toilet, which gets wet as the shower and toilet seat use a shared space.

Overall, I would never come back to this establishment, unless I'm offered a complete refund of my stay.

If just staying for a night, it's bearable. But if you're looking for a comfortable accommodation during your travel, really not recommend it. The space is small. The basin is outside the toilet and when you turn on the faucet, the water would splash out of it. The seam between the toilet and the room is not sealed. When finishing shower, the floor in the room becomes wet, no slipper provided, even no label on the bottles to indicate whether it's a shampoo or shower gel. The noise can hardly be ignored. You can hear the construction noise outside also the noise on the aisle and the rooms next to you. The photos on Agoda are totally different from the actual situation.

They did not state their terms and conditions properly. As we came to the hotel, the receptionist told us that under 18 are required to bring their parents along when their terms and conditions stated otherwise. We asked for refund but it was not refundable. It is unfair for our side due to this management of not stating their terms and conditions properly. We are very upset with how the receptionist did not put effort to resolve this matter. I am looking forward for the management to reply to this feedback urgently to me. My email is stated so i hope the management can reply to me as soon as possible.

Poor service. Poor amenities. The water in the toilet wasn’t even hot. The room was dirty. Accidentally stained the sheets and was being charged $32 for special cleaning?! This is ridiculous. Its not as if it was intentional to stain the sheets and certainty, I wouldnt be charged if it was at other hotels. Utterly disappointed and i wouldnt return again.
