The location was great and made it easy to access everything nearby. The room itself was spacious with a big bed, but unfortunately, it was uncomfortable, and I barely got any sleep. What really baffled me was the hotel trying to charge for a basic black coffee sachet—why would anyone pay for that when there are so many great cafés around?

Despite the hotel looking half empty, they refused to let me check in just 45 minutes early, making me wait until exactly 2 PM. It’s little things like this that can really impact a guest’s experience, and it just felt unnecessary.

Staff could also improve their customer service, as the overall experience felt a bit impersonal. The price is affordable, but personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Compared to the price, the room is decent and clean. The soap is a small bar, not liquid soap. The breakfast is standard, not bad. The main advantage is the convenient location.

I had checked in and received a key. When I went to the room, I was shocked to find a couple on the bed. I was very concerned about the security here. The maid said that the front desk might have given me the wrong room key. They simply changed my room without offering any apology. On my last day, I decided to move to another hotel because I no longer felt confident about the security.
