- It’s very, not VERY dirty. We have asked non-smoke room, but even the bed was burned by cigarettes. Within a week we did not have neither cleaning not clean towels. Breakfast - it was the name only. So absolutely not good at this cost..

+ The only plus in this hotel is its location. Hotel located near Marmaray station, very close to Marmara bay, lot of shops.- It’s very, not VERY dirty. - My room wasn’t clean it was smoke. In bathroom was mould and there was the sewer smell. Also they didn’t offer breakfast

After about a week in this hotel, I can tell that this hotel has its ups and downs / cons and pros.
Pros:
- cheap price
- great location: multiple services available around the hotel
- safe and secure: not a single lira or object has been stolen
- some staff speak English: communication is possible
- breakfast, wi-fi and cleaning services every morning.
Cons:
- the English they speak is pretty broken
- the wifi's speed and signal is inconsistent
- I've had one bad experience with one of the staff. He called me twice (10 & 11 pm) for a mistake in the system.
- the breakfast is basic and bland. Nothing special.

Spacy rooms, with balcony and fridge. The breakfast isn't that much. No elevators. Friendly personal.

I liked this place; very close to the Marmaray metro station "Maltepe", close to the sea (5-10 min walk), comfortable stay, nice breakfast and close to the markets. I enjoyed walking beside the sea during the day and walking in the shop street at night. I the hotel like home :)
The price is great too, 100 TL for one person room, 150 TL for 2 person room. Those prices if you reserve directly in the hotel. I reserved using Agoda though and paid 115 TL for one person room.
Note: cleanless is good but can be improved though.

The main staff doesnt really care about guests, you can notice they care mostly about money. They accept u coldly. The view from balcony is bad, u can see some parking. The walls are not sound proof at all, we could hear tv from another room all the time. The bathroom was cold, there is a window u cant close. İn the morning the main stuff is pressuring to check out, and exactly at 10 o clock they take breakfast away, they dont even wait for you to finish your meal. I wouldnt really recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Maltepe.

The hotel is located near by the city centre, quiet location clean and big rooms, the only thing I don’t like it is the breakfast, it’s very basic and don’t get what you paid.
