The experience was extremely negative due to the malfunctioning AC that will take 3 days to be fixed and the hotel's failure to address the issue and it's Jun. Consequently, I was forced to seek accommodation elsewhere during the night.
I requested assistance with the cancellation of my reservation, but was informed that I have to do it from Agoda and I already checked in . As a result, I have lost payment for four nights.

I have been twice at this hotel and everything is amazing. The staff, breakfast, parking, a quiet area and also the rooms. Totally recommended.

The service in the hotel was exceptional, the receptionist was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. She provided help with taxis and although there was a language barrier she still managed to help us. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this hotel, it is very clean and everything looks new.

Nice and clean room the bed is not that comfortable, I booked the standard room on the tip floor. Its not easy to find a parking.

I love the hotel rooms,
One of the most beautiful rooms i have seen, als verry good reception.
Only downside was that they locked the airconditioning witch was not great.

The rooms are great looking and clean. Other than that don’t expect anything else. The breakfast was a joke. All stone cold food thats been sitting god knows how long. No facilities. Ask them for anything they will say no. For example, microwave, no. Drinks, no. Need anything, no. If you like looks but no character, this is the place!
