Upsuites Hotel

Great hotel with a very friendly team. They took good care of extras we requested and always ready to help. Very nice breakfast. Lovely staying with them.

We returned back from istanbul a week ago, our stay was in a deluxe suite # 520. I thank God that we choose such an amazong hotel, everything & everyone was beyond the perfection.
It's à brand new hotel of high standard facilitis & services.
Very professional & friendly staff .. special thanks to Mr. Murât, Mr. Ayhan, Mr. Haydar and all amazing team and the ladies in kitchen and house Keeping.
Breakfast was various, tasty and well presented and has new selection of backed recipes almost everyday .. you will be lucky if you find their adorable tiramisou cake.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Although It's à bit far from touristic spots but I personally find it an advantage to stay in a quite area, meanwhile It's easy to reach the transporations within less than 10 minutes walk.
As we consider this hôtel as our home, we will definitly return back in our next visit.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The breakfast was really delicious and everyday it was something different. The personal was really nice, especially Tarkan , he helped us a lot with a bunch of information. The rooms were very cozy and clean and I would definitely come back.

In the day we check in, I mistakenly hit the parking column and the front bumper was removed, and it was raining, I didn’t know what to do that time, I asked Mr.Murat for help and he really helped me , He sent one guy to repair the bumper, I was really happy, I will never forget his help,

it is my first time traveling alone and i happy to say that my hotel experience was the best one yet, the hospitality that this hotel has is beyond amazing, the receptionist Murat helped me greatly throughout my stay assisting me with the local information and anything i need it, as for the location, it’s in a safe and clean are and it is simply a 5 minute walk to the metro which can take you all over turkey, this hotel is truly a gem and i would surly visit again and recommend it.

Wonderful experience , avenue is quite , safe and clean. It looks on 3 nice streets with large trees. Şok market is close as well as gayrettepe metrostation and zorlu mall ( which i recommend ).
Rooms are clean , furniture is new , standard which i take is enough for single and couples with child . It has a desk , a chair and a sofa , beside 2 small tables abd fridge . Bed is comforortable as well as the Bathroom .
They also have large sweets (for families) .
Reception men are great : very friendly and very helpful , they all speak english and one of them speaks arabic .
Highly recommended especially for youth and small families .
