Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans

Our stay at the Drury Plaza was great! The rooms were clean, the entire hotel to include the common areas (lobby, dinning room, pool, jacuzzi, outside patio, parking garage) was immaculate. The staff was friendly and courteous. The complementary breakfast and dinner was great! The location is close to everything. If you don’t mind walking to Bourbon Street than you are not too far.

Great hotel! The rooms were very clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. I really like the daily breakfast and evening kickback.

If you leave something behind, do not expect it to be in the lost and found.

Our family group of 13 spent 6 nights (7/2 to 7/8) at the Drury Plaza Hotel in New Orleans, LA. This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful architecture inside. We loved that they had complimentary breakfast every morning, as well as complimentary light dinner items and adult drinks every evening. This hotel is within walking distances to many attractions and restaurants. They had a secured parking deck and luckily we were able to park our high profile van on the first floor in that secured parking deck every night. The hotel’s elevators are secured also because you are required to scan your room key in order to use them. The roof top outdoor pool was very nice! The front desk staff were just awesome when we checked in with our large group, especially Dee, Ricky, Alex and the manager, Slade. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone that visits the New Orleans area!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The warm breakfast and afternoon reception were awesome! Everyday my family and I would rush back to the hotel just to enjoy the evening reception. After walking and touring the city, I needed those 3 alcoholic beverages! Ask the staff whatever you need, and they will take the time to help you. Honestly, we didn't want to leave. This will be the hotel that we stay at whenever we go to NOLA. They really set the bar high!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Drury Plaza Hotel in New Orleans, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ease of booking reservations online made the check-in process smooth and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.

One of the first things we appreciated about the hotel was the option to self-park in the garage. This made it convenient for us to have our car nearby, and it was well worth it.

The inclusion of a happy hour with complimentary beverages and snacks was a delightful surprise. We were thrilled to receive three free drinks, which added a pleasant touch to our evenings. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional. It provided us with a variety of delicious options to start our days off right.

The 6th-floor laundry area, pool, and workout room were remarkable additional perks. The pool area was overly crowded. And we didn't use the pool.

Although our visit was only for two nights, it was undeniably comfortable and enjoyable. The staff members we encountered were all extremely friendly, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I highly recommend the Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant experience in the heart of the city. From the seamless online booking process to the well-appointed rooms, excellent amenities, and friendly staff, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We would not hesitate to return for another visit in the future.

We enjoyed our stay amazing stay staff food and kickback awesome overall we loved our stay May 2018! The rooms were spacious just what we need the queen suites with sofa beds lovely. We walked to Bourbon Street and the staff gave us a tour guide.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are great and so are the rooms. Clean and had great water pressure and shower heads lol. It was four of us and the hot water never ran out. Also, the pool area is nice. Not too far from Bourbon street or the dome.

Excellent Drury! Highly recommend it to people wanting to visit NOLA. It is close enough to most everything but not right on top of everything either. It is clean, modern and very well kept. The rooms were huge. The breakfast and kick back hold or exceed the brand standard. When I go back, definitely going try to stay here. Keep in mind though you will have a walk a bit to the French Quarter and such. However, it did not seem too far to anything and a good way to help burn off all the food and drink you are having!
