The temporary breakfast room was spacious, but the food was not very good quality. The fruits were old and so were the hard boiled eggs. I had to spit both out when I bit into them both.

Do not stay here unless you don't shower. Water shut off on me mid shower. No one would answer front desk. Bryan was very rude and shows no respect. He would not give a discount because he doesn't "control the water" He was good at talking s**t to me and I'm a paying customer that should be treated with respect. I stayed in this hotel to get a good night's rest and to shower. If I didn't need it I wouldn't have been in a hotel. Customers should have been notified that water was going to be shut off.

Very nice place. Breakfast is ok. But I'd suggest choosing a different hotel. Stacy (one of the managers) was a ruthless brat to us. There was also a lady that gave us dirty looks at breakfast. All the other employees were generally fine. If you're staying for longer than a week, I'd suggest avoiding this place.
And definitely avoid Stacy.

This is a simple 3* hotel. It does what it says on the tin ! It is well run. Very clean and modern

We (My brother and his family along with me) stayed at this hotel over the past 3 weeks, while he was going through Double Lung Transplant Evaluation. Holly the General Manager and her entire team (and I mean entire team) were incredible during this trying time. We had the opportunity to encounter every staff member and everyone was genuinely happy to be there and serve. Best service I’ve received in some time. I’ve stayed at quite a few full service hotels and in comparison, they should be embarrassed to call themselves full service. This hotel understands genuine service.

Room was good, though door had some maintenance issues that staff were happy to address. Really wonderful staff service during our time there. Would have valued some more allergen friendly options at the breakfast, but the quality of what there was available was good.

The room was nice and comfortable.
We selected this hotel because it was convenient to the airport, the rental car pick up and the planned direction for the next day's trip.

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Friendly, efficient staff. Call out to Allexandria for her kind smile and helpfulness with arranging transportation. Rooms were clean, large, and well accommodated.

Awful, awful, awful. We still haven't heard back from a report we made about our stay back in December of 2017. Booked 5 nights and left after the first. Our room was back to back to the elevator which was extremely noisy all night & after trying to switch rooms we were told "all rooms are committed". There is no bathroom in the bedroom which was super inconvenience for our two children sleeping in the living area. This detail was very misleading when booking the room. Not a true 'suite'. Also beware our heat was not working right and very noisy (not in a comforting way) but so much so it scared our kids. The lack of customer service and overall poor quality of this hotel will keep me from staying at another Hampton Inn again.
