InterContinental Fujairah Resort, an IHG Hotel

A long-overdue review for this hotel’s top-notch hospitality, courteous staff, and amazing facilities. My husband and I have been returning to this hotel for years whenever we want some quality, relaxing time away from the city. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always goes out of their way to enhance the guest experience. The club experience is worth every penny and highly recommended! The spa is fantastic! What more could anyone need?

Very good hotel, great service, food and drinks are all natural, service is top notch. We were on holiday with a child, there was no concern for safety, there are observers on the beach and in the pools. I especially liked the approach to cleaning the rooms, Rafig often worked with our room, I was surprised how quickly and professionally he did the job, a true professional in his field. Thanks to the hotel team for such a level of service! We will be back again soon;)

Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff and Beautiful Facilities

We booked a two-night stay, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. At check-in and check-out, Ali from the reception team was incredibly helpful and efficient. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out, and I hope hotel management recognizes his excellent service.

Our rooms were upgraded to oceanfront, and they exceeded our expectations—spacious, impeccably clean, and offering stunning views. The resort boasts three fantastic pools: an adult pool, an infinity pool, and a family pool. While the pool depths of 1.1m and 1.2m may not be ideal for taller guests, my kids had a wonderful time.

The hotel's beach is remarkable, and the staff near the pools and beach were consistently friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed a couples' spa treatment, which was a highlight of our stay. Special thanks to Dara and Jan, the therapists, whose expertise made the experience truly relaxing.

We encountered a minor issue with one of our rooms, but Mina, the Room Service Manager, handled it swiftly and with great professionalism. She consistently kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring the issue was resolved quickly. Mina even called to ensure our safe departure, which was a thoughtful touch.

Lastly, the valet parking staff were excellent. Overall, our stay was wonderful, thanks to the dedicated and attentive staff. We look forward to returning in the near future.

I visited this fine establishment for the day to indulge in a couples spa and we were enthralled by the hotels beauty. Its nestled discretely between the mountains and the sea, a cool ocean breeze greets you as you walk outdoors into the beautiful gardens. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, the pool and dining areas are well made and decorated. The beach is excellent and there are decent play areas for kids. It hosts a plethora of activities for the family and kids. I look forward to booking a stay here in the near future.

This holiday was spontaneous, so we had to choose fast some quiet place to stay, because my family and I prefer relaxing vacations. Our choice was Intercontinental Fujairah and we never regretted it.
The hotel itself is in luxury segment, so the quality is beyond compare. We loved the territory as there is always a chance to walk in the evening just after dinner.
I also managed to book a treatment in Spa, which was indeed calming and soothing.
I am very thankful to the staff for being helpful!

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and clean.
The food is very varied, the cooks cook very tasty food. Dinner has a different theme every day.
The pools are clean and the water is cool, and the staff is just wonderful, there is a guy named Michael, very kind and helpful, always helping us.
The beach is super, the waves are big and the water is cool. If you look, you can find shells and small crabs.
We had a very good time, I highly recommend this hotel, if you come you won’t regret it !

One of the best hotel! Very well located, very clean, spacious and impeccable rooms. The staff is polite, smiling and helpful. The food is varied. The spa woow I loved it, the therapists are the best! I I was sad to leave the hotel but I will definitely come back for a long stay.

We visited the hotel with our family, we liked everything. The rooms are clean and fresh. The beach, the pool and the whole area are also clean and most importantly beautiful and atmospheric. I would like to mention the helpful staff, housekeeping,lifeguards and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Kate often and efficiently served, she was always, as I said earlier, responsive and friendly.

We had an amazing weekend there with two kids. All the staff were so friendly. Especially those from Nama. Noticing my little one had fallen asleep over the buffet dinner, they packed him a meal for us take back to our room (I didn't even request for it!). I greatly appreciated it.

More... We left two kid books behind... Before I even noticed they sent our books back by post!!

Great location and hotel layout, one feels very comfortable from the outset; the rooms are big, food is good, lots of kids & adults activities. But the absolute best is the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff! This has truly been the best service we have received anywhere in the UAE - ever! So a huge thank you to all the staff, who truly made the stay special!
The infrastructure itself might need an upgrade in places, but the outsides are very well kept. Thank you for a great stay!
