I’m staying at this hotel for over a month now and I have had an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. In particular, I want to give a special shoutout to the receptionist, HAYTHEM, who has gone above and beyond to make sure my stay is enjoyable and comfortable. He is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. The hotel itself is also top-notch with comfortable rooms, great amenities, and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and outstanding customer service.

Thank you western hotel for providing a lovely stay my family enjoyed the place especially the hospitality special thanks to Mr. Deepak F&B Manager, Joseph- Front Office Manager for making us feel comfort during the stay with excellent hospitality services at the hotel which is well appreciated.
Food is quite tasty and especially the attendants are well mannered polite.
Special thanks to Mr. Soben (F&B) service attendant for serving us and letting us taste the good quality food which is relished.
Lastly I would like to recommend western hotel gayathi for family stay & business trip stay as the best place with excellent staff service.

This hotel, where many of my colleagues also stayed and were pleased with its service, offered commendable service quality and professionalism. Particularly the restaurant had an quite good variety and quality of food. The staff and service is almost in an excellent level. Especially Yin Yin, Soben, and Deepak, were exceptionally polite, friendly, and efficient in their service. Special thanks to Ms. Yin Yin for going above and beyond with always a smiling face; you're number one! Kudos to the team for their excellent work and service.
Besides, just as a suggestion, perhaps increasing the variety of beverages and incorporating soft, low-volume evening dinner music could further enhance the dining experience, creating an even more elegant atmosphere.

I had a great experience during breakfast today thanks to the excellent service provided by Udesha. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated how he went above and beyond to make my meal enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

A gem in the desert! Very quiet and clean. Staff is amazing and so helpful and professional. I loved the swimming pool it was very clean and a great ambiance. The weather was acceptable though I booked in the middle of July. I'm definitely recommending this hotel. Thank you for making my trip so pleasant

I stayed at this Hotel between Jun-24 and Jul-24 for 2 weeks during my working travel.
Immediately when I arrive I feel like at home.
First night I arrived at hotel late at night after 11.30 PM, I was hungry so I ask to the reception for a dinner and they provide it to me also if restaurant was closed.
The room was big, clean and cozy.
Loundry service is excellent and very fast.
I enjoy the swimming-pool and biliards table almost everyday.
Restaurant is nice with view on swimming-pool, food is good with same italian food also.
I will specially mention Miss. Darli in restaurant staff.
She is kindly, smiling, she keep attention to all details in restaurant and she is very professional.
I sure recommend Western Hotel - Ghayathi for a nice travel.

Everything was great at this hotel , hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They are always friendly and ask always for anything requirements. They are also were able to recommend places to get any type meal that we needed as well.

I recently stayed at your Hotel with my colleague and I want to share my amazing experience for few days. The place is clean and cozy, and if you want a peaceful place to relax, I suggest Western Hotel is a perfect place for you. Staffs are approachable and the customer service is really good. Any issue or request you ask has a fast action. I will specially mention Mr. Haythem from the front desk who gave his 101% customer service by being patient and ready to help us in a way that he can. He makes sure that we feel at ease in your Hotel by introducing facilities that we can use so that we will not be bored.
