Location: 65 km from the airport Dubai, in the Emirate of Umm al Quwain, on the edge of the lagoon that separates Umm al Quwain, 30 km North of RAS al Khaima and 28 km South of Ajman.
Consists of a complex of one-storey Chalet.
The hotel has 50 rooms. There are non-Smoking.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, towels free of charge. The beach is 300 m.

For a 3 star place, they are good. The bathrooms could do with a change of brighter lights. The views are amazing and customer service was on point. We had a small maintenance issue but they were quick to fix this for us.

We had a good time at Barracuda Beach Resort! The location is superb and peaceful. We have booked a studio which is very spacious. comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The most i liked there is the Pool timings.. you can enjoy the pool without much restrictions up to 11.00pm.
Positives: Location - Rooms - Pool Timings - friendly staffs.
Negatives: Nothing much - may be slightly expensive for food, but again its justified due to the location. But you can order food from out side with Talabat, noon, kfc etc. for the Taxis you can ask for the hotel staffs - they will connect you with Taxi drivers around, you can negotiate with the driver and fix.
Overall, my expectations exceeded for what i have spent.

You will enjoy this place to the most. You have the freedom to choose your beverage and will like it specially if you are an expatriate in the region. There are so many such places and this is on of the good once in the UAE. You must visit to buy your stuff from here and the you will get for good discount without any duty or any charges.

Worth to stay for more than a night … spacious rooms with an extra bed, big swimming pool , nice staff. Recommended.

Location is great. Room were not tidy, I could see insects everywhere. Toiletries were not available everything was given only upon request even the basic things which are supposed to present before we check in. The cups and kettle in room were dirty and full of insects. Upon calling room service they just came and wiped it with tissue rather than washing them properly or exchanging them. It was very very unhygienic room. Slippers were not provided the floors were dirty. Towels were not there after coming from pool upon calling they brought towels as well. Nothing was ready when we checked in. Food at the resort was complete disaster. So pricey and not at all good. Breakfast buffet had very very Limited items compared to other resorts we have stayed in UAE. Also the taste was very bad. They didn’t had any thing in the menu toddler friendly. Never going back again. Only the location and view is good.

Wash basin drain was clogged, dustbin’s lid was broken. Beside charging heavily they were proving condiments, amenities and even water bottles as if those r so valuable. You ask for 4, they will provide u 2. There were no slippers. We were family of 4 but they provided us 2 pairs only. Moisturiser bottle was empty, floor was sandy. TV display was not clear. There was no iron. I wasn’t expecting these things here.
