Great stay at Vida Hotel, pool and beach is clean with outstanding service. Staff is extremely welcoming from all departments and making sure you enjoying your stay without hassle.

We spent the day next to the pool, had some food and drinks and relaxed for the whole day.

We visited the restaurant in the evening where we enjoyed entertainment by a saxophonist and finished the evening at the roof top bar.

Great weekend getaway from Dubai, well rested and the weekend spent well.

I recently returned to the Vida Beach Resort in Umm Al Quwain as my first visit to this hotel was an experience not to forget which is why i returned with my Fiancée so that she could experience the same as I did last year.

Sadly this time round there were some minor issues but after pointing these out to management and staff these were swiftly addressed and resolved.

What made this trip for me was the staff and management were quick to take ownership and accountability of my issues, truly a Five Star Hotel Service.

House Keeping was excellent as was the Pool, Spa, Bar and Restaurant personnel. There are too many individuals to mention and I wouldn’t want anyone to feel left out so our personal thanks go to each and every member of the team who always provided a friendly, respectful and professional service.

The food was of an excellent quality and standard in my opinion Michelin Star standard.

The Spar and Gym facilities are excellent and is a massive part of my decision making in booking any hotel.

Would I recommend this Hotel, certainly i would if you want a private, peaceful and relaxing time away.

Would we return the answer to that is YES ! we are both looking forward to returning.

I had a very nice stay in this Hotel, The best getaway selection for me is Vida Beach resort. You can enjoy, relax at beach and celebrate your special occasions. I truly appreciate how they treat me during my stay. Everyone is nice and accommodating from the moment you enter the hotel, staff are welcoming. The facility are all upgraded and clean. The Lobby always smell fresh,which i like the most when go down, room is very clean. Breakfast is rich of selection. Lifeguards are all very attentive and kind. I would always love to come back here. Amazing hotel, so glad I found you. That was a real retreat for me and my family! First of all thanks to Adel he made our stay even better that it supposed to be. Secondly design of hotel is just amazing, all new and clean. And very important thing for me is food, which was really really good. Many options including vegetarian.

The room is clean by Helal. But the room was so warm when we came. But they managed to transfer us to another room. Their AC is unable to set to whatever temp we wanted. Hotel has very nice ambience, and staff are helpful. However, no nearby activities outside the premise.

We have a nice experience in this hotel from the service staff to room and food and facilities. We met Ms. Jenny and very hospitable. Also the lady in resto reception. We would like to come back and recommend. We like the beach front easy access

Our stay was amazing!
The hotel itself is superb, interior design and furniture there are stylish and classy. The staff is amazing, hospitable and professional, they fulfilled our every whim and helped in all situations! Bravo!
Almost everyday we spent mornings sunbathing on the beach (the sea in February is chilly but we managed to swim twice). Despite the cold water the sun was frying us allright 😆 Sunscreen is provided by the hotel (SPF 30), which we used liberally but nevertheless returned home with a nice suntan.
What’s more to say? We’ll definitely return next year! One of the best hotel stay experiences of my life. ❤️

This is our second visit and we will be returning next year. If you are looking for a holiday away from it all this is just perfect. We booked 3 rooms for a family of 6 on an all inclusive rate. Very good value for money! The service, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities and the food was just perfect. A special thank you to Raj who kept all 3 rooms immaculate during our 6 day stay. I have a couple of recommendations which I think will make it more perfect: 1) To be able to book the all inclusive rate direct with the hotel. I had to search for a travel agency that offered an all inclusive rate in the UK for this hotel. I want to book again next year but will have to search for an agency 🤷‍♀️ Why can’t you access the all inclusive rate directly? 2) Offer more excursions off site and more than one shuttle bus a week to the Dubai Mall - so many other places to visit! It is a very family friendly hotel so why not offer an aqua park for example. 3) And finally - you are a family friendly hotel and you are absolutely amazing with the children however we found it difficult to access snacks for the children even though we were all inclusive. Maybe something around 3pm or just access to snacks would be great! My kids were continually hungry - luckily we purchased crisps! Would also be good to understand the local area - for example you offer bikes but where is best to cycle? Nothing negative about our holiday- just perfect before the Xmas stresses!
