A wonderful stay with my family

Chose this hotel to spend holidays with my parents in the end of October - beginning of November and to celebrate my father’s birthday

The check-in process was fast and smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. A special thanks to the restaurant team who made our stay extra special: Bea (my mom absolutely adored her), Alia, Santosh, Kevin (waiter), and Eugene (breakfast omelet station). The hotel also surprised my dad with a small but delicious chocolate cake for his birthday at the restaurant, which was a lovely touch.

We initially booked two standard rooms, but the hotel offered a very reasonable upgrade to a suite for my parents, which was a great deal. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with everything in perfect condition and no maintenance issues.

Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and regular towel and bed linen changes. We stayed on an all-inclusive package, and the variety of food was sufficient for a 10-day stay, with everything fresh and delicious.

The resort has a small but well-maintained territory, an outdoor pool with comfortable sun loungers, and the beach just a few steps away. The lifeguards were outstanding, always ready to help with sunbeds, towels, and water.

Vida Beach Resort Umm Al Quwain exceeded our expectations. A fantastic hotel with outstanding service, especially in the restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Would love to come back.

We had an amazing day at this hotel, undoubtedly the best in Umm Al Quwain! I chose it to celebrate my anniversary, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff went above and beyond by offering me a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. However, I decided to take it up a notch and paid for an additional upgrade to stay in the beachfront bedroom chalet. It was worth every penny! Waking up to the serene sound of waves and the stunning beach view created a truly unforgettable experience.

To make the occasion even more special, the hotel surprised me with a small chocolate cake and a box of chocolates—a lovely and thoughtful touch. I was secretly hoping for a fruit basket, but the gesture was still heartwarming. My only recommendation would be to add a shower or a rug outside the chalet to avoid tracking sand indoors after spending time on the beach.

While the service and staff were exceptional—special thanks to Mr. Adel at reception for his outstanding support and warm hospitality—the breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown. It didn’t feel worth paying extra for, as the variety and quality didn’t quite match the premium experience offered elsewhere at the hotel. That said, the service during breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Overall, this hotel delivered an extraordinary experience, and I can’t wait to return for another special occasion!

Stayed 2 nights with family and it was such a refreshing experience. Check in was smooth and I wish I had taken the name of the gent checking us in. He overheard my conversation about my son getting a small bruise while coming into the hotel and immediately arranged for first aid. My 5 year old was very pleased! The rooms, hotel facilities, and service were fantastic and the beach is equally gorgeous. A must visit and I will definitely be returning soon.

I like this hotel very much. Service, rooms, food. I used gym, it’s very good. Also i visited spa, masseuse Abba was very nice and professional. The location is not bad, but it is far from Dubai. The nearest mall is in 10 min by taxi. But there are no famous shops. There is a big supermarket and 2 exchange points.

Exceptional Hospitality and Service

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Even after checking out, they kindly allowed us to enjoy the hotel’s pool and beach facilities until 3:00 PM, which made our last day incredibly relaxing.

The service throughout our stay was exceptional—everyone was kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.

Since the arrival, this hotel provided impeccable service and amenities. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. This is a great option if you are looking for an all inclusive location

Excellent hotel for a quiet and relaxing holiday! Had a very nice holiday with my husband! Delicious varied menu: special thanks to the chef for the fish, it's great! I really liked the work of the crew at the pool bar: they quickly prepare delicious cocktails, always positive and polite. I really liked the room service: thanks to Shojib for cleaning the room, every day everything was clean, beautiful and very cozy, for me it's very important! And of course, I really liked the spa. Only the highest impressions!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in years! The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with a modern design and all the necessary amenities. The view from the window is simply breathtaking — especially at sunset!

I especially want to highlight the service (especially Aliya from reception in the origins restaurant). The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They are always ready to help, respond quickly to any requests, and do so with a smile. From the moment we checked in, we felt like truly welcomed guests.

The hotel’s restaurant also deserves praise — breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh dishes to suit all tastes. Lunch and dinner were equally impressive: the quality of the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable.

Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel with excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and a high level of comfort — this hotel is the perfect choice. We will definitely be back!

Since our first day the service we received was fantastic. Our lifeguards had beach towels ready for us as soon as we arrived each day and provided us with bottled water regularly. Nothing was too much trouble for them - more water, ashtrays, moving the umbrella, even taking our rubbish to the bin. Our room was immaculately clean, as was the dining room, pool bar and the hotel lobby. Our barman Suranga at the pool bar was extremely friendly and made us welcome, talking us through the menu and our options on our first day and even brought drinks and food to our seats. All of the hotel staff have been fantastic and made our stay here wonderful. The food has been delicious with multiple different options every day. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back next summer.

The resort is little bit small in the size we can say that it’s a hotel with a private beach. The most amazing thing is the staff, they are so kind and they are very helpful if you ask for any needs they are fast responding.

The regular rooms have very tied space, we booked a king room but at the check in we change to suite because we found that that room is small. But unfortunately we didn’t find a high floor.

The breakfast was so much disappointing, it was one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel, the items are so much limited no many options, they have the worst bakeries specially the Danish was very much bad. Overall I give it 1 out of 10.

Their GYM is little bit small and with limited number of machines.

The swimming pool is small as well, the sun beds look very nice on the beach.

The lobby looks very fine with nice comfy seats.

The hotel in general is neat and well decorated.
