This hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are beautiful and you can apreciate a very beautiful calm room. Your children can play in the garden were they will find rabbits chewing grass. If they are a little bit older they can use the climbing wall. On top of that (no puns intended) the roofs are covered in grass and goats and rabbits live up there! Hospitable hosts. New, clean, comfortable and cozy. Furnished kitchen. Charming veranda and the opportunity to use the barbecue in the impeccably maintained yard. Fast and stable Wi-Fi. Garage for the car. Great location a block from the main street, the gallery of the Master and literally two minutes from the market and the commercial part of the city.

Wonderful place - cozy, clean, with a great location. The house is detached, with all amenities, excellent internet, veranda and garage. The owners are very kind and discreet. There is much to see in and around the city. In general, we strongly and heartily recommend the house!

Very nice apartment for 1 to 4 people, with 2 sleeping rooms, a kitchen and a veranda. New and clean. Comfortable beds. Shower cubicle. Excellent WiFi. Air conditioning in the summer and good heating system in the winter. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Good service, good location, very good restaurant! Except in the SPA zone, the water in the room showers is probably mineral!

The room is great. The service as well. At some point there is no warm water, but it is not that of a problem, because it happens mostly late at night. Also there is nobody at reception most of the time and you have to call if you have an issue. Other than this, it is good. The location is perfect. I recommend.

Clean and cosy, no fridge. Very noisy when someone passes near the room or talks on the phone - you can hear everything. Good central location.

We flew to Skopje and on our way to Sofia, we stopped for a night in Kyustendil. The hotel is right at the city centre. The room was spacious. The bathroom was was with a nice bath. When you arrive at 3 am, you think you would sleep at least until 8h30 am. But right above our room there were two workers who arrived at 8 and started making noise. But nvm, we spent a few good hours sleeping in the hotel

Thank you to the friendly staff and owner for making our stay at the Red House wonderful! The room was very big, cozy and clean. The bed, the shower, everything was brand new. The breakfast had a great variety and quality. Special compliments to the staff who were extremely friendly. Thank you for your understanding and attitude towards us! Very cozy place. Clean and maintained. The lady who greeted us is very polite and responsive. Cleanliness is at a top level that many hotels cannot achieve. We arrived at 22:00 and were waiting for us according to the appointment. Breakfast was great too. We will be happy to return the whole family next summer.

The location is excellent, close to the main pedestrian promenade with many restaurants, to the main street with shops, within walking distance to the art gallery, the archeological museum, the Pirgova (Pirkova) tower, the bathroom, the old mosque and many others. At the same time in a quiet and peaceful place. The lady who served us was extremely kind, kind and responsive! We did not use the sauna...
