I'd rather be homeless than stay there again bad customer service and rooms don't get cleaned breakfast sucks 🤣 not recommended

Complete waste of time

I was told after i paid that i didn’t need to pay for the pool as its public

As i got there the first time before i entered the building i was immediately threatened by a customer of theres and they didnt call the cops yet i had my toddler daughter with me
After i was told that it was public???
After being threatened and no cops were called???
I went there a total of 2 times and then the same individuals rented the pool out each Saturday and Sunday
Bother days i have my daughter

Convenient that they’re able to delete posts making it seem like they run a safe and fair space
Rather instead if you have the money theres no rules, all bets are off

What a joke

Absolutely disgusted how this hotel treats their customers. Was told no rooms available and to "go look for another hotel". I ended up going online and booking a room that they said was not available. My daughter wanted to have a girls night for her birthday and was told no sleepovers. The girl at the desk just stared at me and stared at her coworker and said "I don't know what I'm suppose to do".

Appeared a little older and had to be moved because tv wouldn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Eggs and waffle batter was runny.

We arrived late, after supper in Mr Mike. We decided to spend a night in this hotel for a night. We choose the room which has access to the parking. We paid $180 to get 2 pillows and no parking spot as promised (front room parking is occupied by another - as you can see on the pic), so we park our truck, far in regular spots. The room is so decent as well for this price - no cord we can use for the laptop nor the cellphones on the table provided. The avail cord in the bottom of the left bed and beside the microwave. Sorry, next time, we prefer to stay in another hotel. Not recommended at all

Front staff was excellent, the room on the other hand not so much. Bathroom looked like the floor has not ever been cleaned and my boyfriend had to shovel snow so the kids didn’t have to walk through a foot of snow to get into our room because none of the rooms with outside access had been cleared.
Will not pay 170 dollars to stay there again.
