Days Inn by Wyndham Moose Jaw

Well! I may have looked at the wrong Holiday Inn online. We checked in at 10:30 p.m. There was a sign as we walked in that said the pool was closed. There are 4 children, 2 adults and our dog. If only my money was refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. So, I guess we will make the best of it.

We had a horrible experience with Diane at the front desk. She was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Initially, before our arrival, I had dealt with the manager, Tammy, who was wonderful. She was understanding and helpful of our special circumstances. She made sure to put a note on our reservation outlining what was needed as well as verballing informing Diane of the scenario before she left. Even so, upon arrival Diane was combative and showed little interest in dealing with us whatsoever. She was told of the situation, advised that Tammy had approved and only after a few adults, including bystanders just witnessing her behavior, got involved, did she take a second to read the notes in her system and complete the check in. In a customer service based industry, her 'customer service skill" were greatly lacking. This is not the person to put on the front desk dealing with public. There are not many reasons that I would be travelling to this destination again but if I ever find myself or a loved one going here, we will be sure to stay elsewhere.

Lady at checkin was very nice. Pool and waterside ok. Bottom of pool is peeling so bad and even sharp edges on bottom which we scratched our feet on. Never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life. Extremely old, hard mattresses. Lady in the morning wouldn't allow an extension of half hr on our checkout even though hotel was almost empty.

Yes, when we arrived Rylee the manager showed us, the first room was full of mold and mildew, we could not even enter the room, 2nd room was by the elevator, 3 rd room hooked up to the AC right outside the room, he said it goes off at all times if the day and night, 4 room stunk of air freshener sprayed to make it smell nice, there was so much spray, I couldn’t breathe. The 5th room was the best, so we took it, I have numerous pictures that I will be forwarding to Canada Days Inn. This hotel is garbage. There was so much maintenance needed in just the one room, I couldn’t even imagine the rest of the hotel. The breakfast however was fairly good. I can’t believe you guys haven’t been forced to close. Rylee did everything to keep a customer. Rylee just needs some lessons in body ordor. I informed the checkout lady that the hot tub was scolding Children. And the pool itself was too cold. I asked the lady to take the temperatures immediately as it’s a health issue and safety. Internet did not stay connected and was extremely slow. There were no directions on how to use the remote controls. The bathroom faucets you have to be accurate or you would bring yourself or freeze. I feel like the Health board should be contacted immediately.

The rooms were dirty, pool
Was disgusting and staff were extremely rude.
I would not recommend this hotel ever. I didn’t meet one friendly staff member in this hotel. The two women at the front desk with zero patience for kids. Especially the one with short dark hair and glasses. I was scared to have her around my children. I give this hotel 0 stars. Sports teams avoid this hotel at all cost, you will have constant complaints from the front desk.

The room had a musty smell as soon as you walked in. The beds and pillows were very old and should have been replaced a long time ago. There was black mold in the bathtub which ended up making 3 of us sick. The ice maker on our floor didn't work. I cancelled my second night it was that bad.

Black mold in every tub on the 4th floor. I know because I asked for a room with no black mold and did a walk through with the attendant of available rooms. Money was refunded no problem as the attendant understood my concerns. Do not recommend

Gross hotel. Hot tub was broken for our entire 5 day stay, and they refused to discount us. The breakfast is gross, the bananas were literally rotten. Rooms stink, showerhead is falling apart. Noisy neighbours, beds are super old. Go anywhere else.
