Trish at the front desk was incredible. So friendly and helpful. Awesome service. Room was great. Rockford restaurant staff was also fantastic and the food was delicious

I have stayed here quite a few times over the last few months and i have nothing but good things to say. Trish she is a manager here she is always making sure that I have everything I need and makes check in/out so easy. I look forward to seeing her everytime :) Manav he is always saying hi and smiling, making it very comfortable and welcoming. The hospitality, pride and care they take really shows and makes the stay that much better everytime!

Our film crew stayed at the hotel while filming and we were blown away by the kindness, professionalism and service we received by the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

I spend approx 150 nights a year in hotels traveling Western Canada.I always look forward to staying here! The location is great, with lots of amenities very close by. The rooms are super clean, you can tell the housekeeping staff take pride in their work. But my favourite part of staying here is the front desk staff! They are all so friendly and helpful. The unflappable Melissa never fails to make sure everything is just perfect upon arrival! Love this place!

Stayed with this hotel on Sunday. Was welcomed very warmly by the front desk staff. The guest service manager even came out and introduced herself to me, that was a great touch by Michelle. Room was clean and well provisioned. Staff were knowledgeable about what Prince George has to offer. 10/10 for service, location and amenities. I cannot wait to visit your beautiful hotel again.

Recently stayed in one of the loft suites. This space was more than impressive, the gorgeous vaulted ceilings and soft lighting made for a perfect quiet relaxing stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the little kitchen area was perfect for snacks, drinks and coffee! Will definitely stay again, but next will be the jacuzzi room!

Melissa at reception was great. So nice and welcoming and helped make sure I had the best room possible for what I needed for my stay. I just wanted to make sure she received recognition. I stayed in the loft room and I loved it, I wish I could get those prices for that room all year long as I stay for work but prices go up for business people too in the summer season.
