The hotel is an ideal place for a beach holiday in Paphos. Enjoy a peaceful beach vacation in the tranquil fishing village of Latchi - between the mountains and sea in Western Cyprus.

Location: 36 km from Paphos town, in the foothills of the Akamas, 400 m from fisherman's Wharf, a short drive from Polis and 4 km from the baths of Aphrodite and Akamas National Park, 40 km from the international airport of Paphos.
The hotel has 50 rooms.
Consists of 3-storey building.
Total area: 7 000 m2.
Beach: public, sandy beach 20 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

Unfortunately this hotel is not good. We were not expecting luxury at 90 euro a night, but we were expecting something better than this. The room was grim, in very poor repair, particularly the bathroom was awful with extremely old broken fittings, paintwork throughout was dirty, the polystyrene tiled ceiling and dirty curtains made it even more depressing. The bed was comfortable and clean. Outside the pool was OK although over chlorinated. The surrounding area was like a marsh due to sprinklers being left on. The beach front was old rusted, broken down and probably dangerous. The breakfast8 was basic but fine. The view and outlook was lovely and the outside seating area was fine. Needs an overhaul. We checked out after one night.

Reception lights are off at 7pm to save money as are pool lights

While returning home I decided to stop for a meal. The service was friendly, the fish was fresh and delicious, and the view of the beach is fantastic. Even though I wasn’t staying at the hotel, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing meal!

Our second visit as we enjoyed our holiday so much last year. The room is simple but is spotless, as is the whole hotel. We had a room with a sea view, which we could watch the sunset and boats sail past. George in the restaurant is very welcoming. And the food in the restaurant is very good.

What a beautiful hotel! Rooms have all you need, with lovely views of the sea (we paid more for sea view room and it was definitely worth it!), the food offered at breakfast was lovely. Dinner was extra at around 20 euros for a three course set menu, lots of nice veggie options! And dinner with a view!!
Housekeepers did a great job each day of cleaning our room, we paid extra for the fridge which again was worth it and 4.50 euros per night you have to let reception know you'd like it turned on though. Plenty of free parking we never struggled for a space. Fabulous beach right infront of the hotel.
We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back! Was nice and quiet couldn't hear other guests in rooms next door like you can in some hotels. Really comfy bed!

Lovely family run hotel. Arrived late evening a complimentary drink was given on our arrival. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms very clean throughout. Made our holiday enjoyable. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou staff from Souli Beac Hotel for making our holiday perfect.

The Souli is one of my happy places on the island and for most of the year we are here monthly. The location is perfect with stunningly beautiful views across the bay. The owners, Frixos and his daughter Liz are warm, friendly and always willing to go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Yes, it’s listed as two star accommodation but I would give it three stars. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-equipped with nice sea view balconies and night times are peaceful. The restaurant is a delight at night with a lovely sunset backdrop. The service from George and the restaurant team is always exceptional, the best on the island, the menu has something for everyone and the food is consistently delicious. The Souli doesn’t pretend to be anything more than what it is and that’s a warm and friendly family-run hotel in a stunning location with great food and wonderful service. I’m happier and more relaxed here than I ever am at the Four Seasons

I only had three nights and wish it had been thirty three. The family hotel / restaurant worked with with seamless, friendly efficiency. Frixos, Elizabeth, George, Bambos and Andrea's are the most impressive team with slick service and friendly dispositions. I heartily recommend this hotel it is completely recommended as can be seen by the remarkable number of repeat guests and groups who flock to it.

Small family run hotel about 1hour from paphos in a little fishing harbour. Called LATCHI Says 2 star but definitely far superior than that. The father fryxos daughter Liz son Chris. Staff 2 called andreas. George and another Danny.
RESTERAUNT was outside under cover the food was tremendous loads of choice and cooked fresh. Prices on par with town which is good for a hotel. Locals use it also which is a good sign. Cleaning ladies lovely. All so friendly and helpful. Very quaint area. Away from bustle of paphos. Proper chilling place with loads of return guests. Bus stop outside and so cheap. Only 5 euros for a day pass. Amazing value. About 10 minute walk to harbour with shops and resteraunts. Lovely beach front hotel really clean. Would definitely recommend it if looking for peaceful holiday
