All hotel staff I came across were very friendly and helpful! The rooms are a bit old school, the beds are ok but the sheets and or duvet aren't my favourites. Also you can't adjust the temperature in the room and with the duvet sometimes was too warm and if you took it out too cold. Breakfast was very nice and overall I would gladly stay here again!

I went to their restaurant and had a tartare steak. The meat is fresh and the spices in the tartare is very good, there is also a fancy looking egg yolk on top of the tartare. The texture is almost like meat paste with little to nothing to bite, this is good for people that like soft food. There are no weird smell at all on the tartare and it goes well with wine. We stayed in this hotel and it’s not the first time. It’s simply great and the service is friendly and hospitality is great. The rooms are perfect and you feel very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were sitting in the terrasse. Very beautiful and the food was very good. Variety of choice and great wine card. Can only recommend when staying in Metzingen and enjoying the Outlet...

The restaurant is EXCELLENT ! I rarely still get impressed by restaurant food, but this place as a very pleasant surprise. great price/quality, great quality, friendly staff. Can fully recommend the tuna steak.

The room is relatively small, and the bed in the room booked from Ctrip is also small

The room was very clean and exceptionally large – as was the bathroom. Breakfast had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and ensured a restful night. The only suggestion for improvement: a fan and mosquito nets would be helpful in the summer months.

Arrived after 5 p.m. and got into the room with a code and therefore didn't see anyone. Parking directly in front of the building. Room accessible via outside staircase on the right. Room was clean and quite new, but also very small. Bathroom was more spacious. When you leave, leave your keys in the box outside.

locatioan is very close to outlet you can only walk 5 min.stuff is very helpful and friendly especially Bruno was very friendly and good.

Nice and cozy, but no AC....and it was too hot in the room

A great hotel in the center, ideal for shopping in the Metzingen outlet, a very nice and courteous owner. The best thing besides the clean, new rooms is the duplex parking garage. No stress with looking for a parking space. Come again

Pros: Nice staff, modern equipment, good shower Not quite so positive: There are two parking spaces and another two public parking spaces. Breakfast is currently not offered. The rooms are pretty small. There is no ventilation or air conditioning system. The window cannot be opened at night either, as young drivers run their stereo systems until after midnight and bus and truck traffic starts at around...

We received best service and everyone at the hotel  was so polite and helpful.

I had a nice stay for 14days with delicious breakfast 😋

Food was alright, nothing too special though. The plates did not come to the table at the same time, so my mom got her food only after I had finished at least half of my plate. Nevertheless, a nice experience.

If you need a good, quiet , clean place to sleep and have a tasty breakfast, this is the right place. My room has not too much place to work on meeting notes and prep, internet was good/strong though. There's no bar or restaurant in house, what I found a benefit (no noise or kitchen smells). Clean room, good location. Hotel is situated within 10 mins walking distance from the train station, and another 10 mins walking from the Outlet mall. Small room, suitable if you are traveling on work

Best steak i have had in Germany by far!

One of the best central restaurants and bars that I know of in Metzingen where you can comfortably sit outside, enjoy some drinks and eat good quality German food. We had dark wheat beer (Dunkeles Hefeweizen) and sausage salad with cheese and bread (Wurstsalat mit Käse). There's easy parking next door. Food ok, great interior, but the service unfortunately not customer oriented

As we visited Metzingen for shopping, we searched for a nice, calm and affordable place to stay. We found it and everything was perfect - spacious room, with bathroom and wc. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There was also an electric fan in the room. Thank you very much for the nice stay. I will deffinately recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is located diagonally opposite the Hugo Boss Headquarters. Top. Parking spaces are in sufficient number behind the elongated hotel building. The Breakfast is sufficient, but tear really anyone from the stool. The Restaurant in the evening is very well attended. The nice Mature waitress has the Load a good grip and is quite nimble on foot. The flavour of these dishes are worthy of all honor
