Great location, a lot of fun for kids and ideal for traveling further to Austria or italy

First of the staff and the hotel is good and I really liked it.
You could say what should be done in the rooms, that is in my opinion a smart move.
The variety and quality of the breakfast is good. And again, I think, everybody can find something.
They have a gym and I could use it earlier in the morning because it's open. That is for me, as an early bird, awesome!
The parking area is big and combined with the restaurant and kid-stuff (petting animals, child's play area) the value is great.

What I didn't like was in the rooms, the windows didn't close completely so that you could hear the wind outside. The walls are thin.
The breakfast area is too small! If there are roundabout 3 families at the same time....you sadly have to wait and while waiting you bump up to others.
In the gym I was missing a water fountain and towels. And sadly while I stayed for 4 days they couldn't repair the treadmill.

All in all I had a good stay and would recommend it to others.

Spacious, clean room. Very nice breakfast. A very lovely and very helpful young lady at the reception. Nice playground for children.

Definetely a good hotel for families. Couldnt give it more than 3 stars because we had a couple of unpleasant experiences on the first day: we got locked out of our room at 8 pm and there was nobody at the reception. We had to wait for the receptionist to come back (luckily she had just left and was not far) because there is nobody from 8 pm to 8 am. At dinner i ordered grilled chicken, it was completely uncooked and with a strange flavour and when i told them...they just said i should have told them earlier. They didnt even offer a discount or anything. Last thing...water of the swimming pool quite cold.
