Super nice, friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were included with the overnight stay. For this reason, I highly recommend it, it gets a good rating, and I would definitely come back.
The rooms are rather mediocre and okay for 1-2 nights.

Checked in yesterday at 3 p.m. in Neustrelitz at the Parkhotel Fasanerie. When we booked, the first picture was the deciding factor. Hotel surrounded by greenery, direct access to the pond, dreamy. The reality is different. The pond is inaccessible, completely overgrown. We then tried to walk around the pond and saw part of it. Covered in green scum and plagued by mosquitoes. A cozy evening "sitting outside" was definitely not possible.
We headed towards our room and noticed the countless stains on the carpet in the hallway. Not particularly appetizing. A cleaning cart seemed to be traversing the walls. The room itself was blazing hot. But we couldn't open the window because the room faced the main road.
Our son, who was traveling with us, had been given a dizzying folding bed.
Honestly... €400 (all in all) for two nights with breakfast is an absolute joke.
We checked out at 4 p.m. and drove back to Bavaria.
Bottomless!
I would like to point out, however, that the nice gentleman at the reception desk isn't to blame. He was really very friendly and helpful. But he couldn't change the situation either.
We demand our money back! Completely!
