I had such a great time at this hotel! The staff were amazing super friendly and always ready to help. Everyone was so professional and made me feel really welcome. I stayed in room 512, and it was just perfect beautifully decorated and comfortable. The restaurant was also top notch with delicious food and great service honestly, everything about my stay was wonderful A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it such a memorable experience I can’t wait to come back again

This was our first stay at this hotel, but certainly not our last. We were delighted and couldn't find a single negative. All the staff members were very friendly and attentive. The buffets were very good, with a selection of international and local dishes. The hotel is very well located for the beach and the souk. Just one piece of advice: come and see this little paradise for yourself.

We stayed in this hotel for a short lazy vacation and we loved it. Very friendly and helpfull people. Room were very clean. Food and service were excellente. Definitely a place to recomment

I recommend the hotel 100%, it actually exceeded my expectations - fantastic atmosphere thanks to the team of animators, thank you Annan and team :) - great and halpfull service both within the hotel and the entire complex - the hotel is very clean and well-kept, this also applies to the rooms - availability of shops and lack of pushiness of sellers - heated pools - great aquapark

Just returned from a week’s holiday—our third visit but our first post-COVID. Once again, this hotel exceeded our expectations! Despite our very late arrival (11 PM), we were welcomed like family, and a hot meal had been saved for us—such a thoughtful touch. Our room (641) was bright, airy, and spotless. The beds were firm yet comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, replenishing tea, coffee, and water daily, plus leaving delightful towel art each day. The food was exceptional, with plenty of variety and healthy options. The waitstaff were attentive and polite, making every meal enjoyable. The entertainment team worked tirelessly—we loved the morning stretches and aqua gym sessions. The bar service was also top-notch, with waiters serving around the pool. A special shoutout to Bar Manager Fady for treating us like royalty! We also used the gym daily; while it’s basic, everything was clean and in working order. We loved our stay so much that we've already booked our return visit! The staff, ambiance, and food make this hotel absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a totally relaxing holiday, this is the place for you. But if you’re after a loud, booze-fueled trip filled with fast food, chips, and burgers—look elsewhere! 😆 ---

We had an amazing stay. The whole staff is very attentive and gentle. Amazing food and good shows. Quite a long ride from Cairo, but it's totally worth it! This is the second time we stay at the hotel they just keep getting better. For sure we'll go back!

An amazing experience! Very kind staff, the resort is the perfect size for a relaxing time and the location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach. It exceeded our expectations, very lovely place! Rooms were also very clean and tidy. Big shoutout to the waffle chef on the beach and the grillmaster outside of the restaurant!

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Madina. Our first time there, but probably our 20th time in Egypt.
It's a lovely little hotel in the middle of the huge cluster of many JAZ hotels. While Madina is small, cosy and intimate, the JAZ conglomeration is huge! The hotel is not directly on the beach, but it is literally a 4 minute walk to get to the reserved beach section of the hotel. There are also stalls on the beach that serve drinks, pizza (BTW really good!), yummy waffles and crepes etc.
As we are divers, we spent a good part of the holiday at the Coraya Divers dive centre - this is only a 3 minute walk away, so very handy.
The food in Madina's main restaurant is wonderful - we really enjoyed it. We always found many things that we liked very much. What we found a pity was that there wasn't more Egyptian food either on the buffet, or more often Egyptian-themed evenings. When we go to Italy, we usually eat Italian food. When we go to Spain, we want to eat Spanish specialities. When we go to Egypt, we want to enjoy the fantastic Egyptian food, which we don't think is offered enough. For example, hummus, baba ganoush and tahini should be buffet staples in my opinion :-).
There are 3 speciality restaurants that are included in the all-inclusive package. We went to the oriental Sofra - which was really amazing. We didn't try the other restaurants although we heard from others that they are also excellent.
The waiters are so friendly and helpful, not pushy, and we had some lovely conversations getting to know them.
The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly - probably the nicest Egyptian welcome we've experienced in a long time.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious and modern.
We landed in Marsa Alam (RMF) and the hotel is an easy 10 minute drive away - we heard a plane fly overhead maybe once a day, if that.
All in all a great holiday and can highly recommend Madina.
