The pool is only open during the summer months, the rooms are spacious, the bridal suite is endless, and he huevos roots are worth a try!

Beautiful parador. Magnificent location separated from the city but at the smallest walking distance from it. The rooms were super spacious (room 313). The diner is specially wonderful.

Good service comfy rooms and nice fresh breakfast. Can imorove the air condition system, as in May when its very hot during the day its impossible to cool the room as it still on hit mode.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is stunning. Highly recommended.

Cuenca is beautiful and the Paradors is the place to stay and to eat. Staff is excellent, rooms are unique and comfortable. Views are gorgeous!

My next visit will definitely be at least a week!

If it were warmer, one can enjoy the private pool as well. Fabulous breakfast served to the room

The room we had was the Azahar that came with a private pool and Jacuzzi inside the room (I think all rooms have a Jacuzzi as standard). The room also had a fire place and a window above the bed which was nice

Breakfast was fabulous! What was even better was that you could eat it on the terrace/in your room. Facilities were great, lovely garden and pool, comfortable, big bed and lots more.

Surprised by the size of the location, and the room I had booked was just as big, especially the bed! Very clean and with the Jacuzzi a perfect retrest on Such a cold day (the heater works well)

The breakfast buffet is abundant. Meat, cheese, eggs, fruits, breads, pastries, various juices. Also had yogurt, cereals, and a fancy self serve coffee machine that makes espresso, cappuccino, and coffee with milk.

Such good value. 2 nights in an executive room for €81. Can't beat it. It's in the new part of town but a 5-10 minute bus ride gets you to the Cathedral. Some great eateries locally too.

Very clean, comfortable and nice hotel. A bit far from center and citysights. But personel is very kind and helpful to show interesting places and satisfy all your needs.

The location is spectacular because it is near a McDonald's where you can eat. Also is near the center. Rooms are also ok with a huge bathroom and 1 big bed and 1 smaller bed. The service could be better

Clean hotel, nice staff, even though we checked in at 12:30am at night! Great prices. Located outside Cuenca old town but free parking onsite (I think there’s also paid covered parking as well).

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and as always we found it very comfortable. It is modern and very nice, with all the safety measures that are needed today. The beds and pillows are very comfortable

The only thing I didn't like was that they left 2 bottles of water in the room and I thought it was a courtesy of the hotel as there was no indication to the contrary. Otherwise everything is great

It was also so comfortable the bed! One of the best! The bathroom was lovely but a few hairs around the ground and shower. I highly recommend this hotel. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable

especially the big pizzas! The location is good, alot of steep paths to walk up to get to the square but there are also plenty of buses too. Private parking is available, but the spaces are quite tight!

The product itself, rooms etc are a bit dated and tired compared to more modern 4 stars. Location excellent for shopping and dining. Lots of parking nearby with maddening ticket machines

Short bus ride or good uphill walk to old town. Don't forget to go to do a kayak on the river or drive out to Ciudad encantada. Tough bike route there too with easy start

Amazing place in the heart of historical places of Cuenca. I recommend pay for the breakfast is a kind of all you can eat concept with a very good food home made taste

Stayed for two nights in busy mid August festival season, hotel very full. But really enjoyed it, staff excelled and kept on serving the never ending flow of guests

Wonderful hotel. Lovely big room with huge beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Definitely go back if in Cuenca again.

Stayed at this hotel for a day, there were no problems for the entire period. You can also ask the administrator for all the necessary additional dishes. And all this at any time of the day, the hotel is open 24 hours

Loved the corner room I stayed, the views were nice to wake up to. I wouldn't necessarily call it 4* hotel, but character, location, cleanliness and the staff definitely make it worth the price. Recommend it.

Great staff! Nice room, very cozy and spacious. There is a refrigerator, which was very important for us. The bathroom is also large enough, there are towels and slippers

What can I say? The best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The staff made it feel like home, everyday they remembered our names and smiled and made us feel so special. The rooms are so antique and gorgeous, very Spaniard style

We made incredible friends at this hotel and want to stay here every time we go back to Cuenca. You can walk absolutely everywhere and this city is so amazing, I have never seen a place like this

This place is wonderful! Our third time staying and it's maintained it's good service and awesome rooms. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the historic part of Cuenca.
