July 24 - another stay here. Exceptional as before, totally able to relax and enjoy the house and gardens. One if my best finds when it comes to accommodation, almost not wanting to do a review just to keep as an hidden gem 🤫. Thanks again for your hospitality Philip.
February 24 Excellent location and great villa / apartments for a get away stay to relax and unwind. Not too far into the center, plenty of amentites near by and very much dog friendly. Philip a great host and accommodating. Villa, within a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be returning.

Had the pool apartment so everyone was constantly in my space with zero privacy. The place stank of sewage and was dirty. The sink chain is rusty hairdryer doesn't work, lights don't work, patio door doesn't close properly. Miles from anywhere. I thought the host was at least nice but upon leaving my review on booking he starts sending abusive WhatsApp messages. Avoid at all costs. Horrible place horrible man

Best place to disconnect, the host Phillip is always trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be back for another week in the coming months.

The accommodation was great and especially the owner was very nice. When you travel, you want to meet people like Philip - friendly, funny, and gives good tips on restaurants and beaches nearby

Great stay even during winter. A heated pool if you wish, amazing view to the sea, lovely garden, very good amenities. Philip is a friendly and attentive host.

Great place to stay! Wonderful villa with amazing views on an excellent location! Host Philip is superb very attentative and eye for detail and reacts quickly on questions. Great recommendations and we loved the heated pool in a bit of an oasis of tranquility and still be closeby estepona. Especially as we visited around the end of the year the heating was really appreciated. And notably we visited the duplex appartement which was very spacious but also featured a home cinema and large terrace with perfect barbecue. Best place to stay in Estepona:-)

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tranquila.
The house was super clean and calm, close to the beaches, supermarket and restaurant.
Philip was very nice and available everytime we needed him.
We would definitely book there again if we come back to Estepona.

Philip is a great host! Amazing location, very peaceful place but also close to restaurants and the beach, a spacious apartment was just spotless! Top notch !!

This place lives up to it's name. It's very tranquil and quiet. Philip, the host, and his dog Kenzie are very hospitable and make you feel at home straight away. Philip is ready to help with all inquiries and has a lot of suggestions for places to visit and where to eat.
