Koto Hotel

Really rude owner at the front desk! We inquired on the spot about the room price in the evening at around 1930, the owner said that the price was 145eur per night (2 people) plus 10eur breakfast per person, i.e. a total of 165eur/night including breakfast!! the hotel had just received a cancellation of the reservation for 2 rooms, which he also told. I asked him if there was any room for bargaining in the price, to which he replied that it is not necessary to come here. I told him my opinion on the matter that he is more expensive here than in Helsinki, to which he continued to say that no one is forced to come here. Despite everything, my friend and I stayed to drink beers at the hotel and watched the Finland-Sweden basketball game. During the break of the basketball game, I went to smoke on the hotel's terrace and at 19:59 the same female person we met earlier at the reception came to the terrace where I was smoking with one of the hotel's customers who also skyrocketed the hotel's accommodation prices. this rude owner announced that the terrace will be closed now. I asked the woman if she would now throw us out into the yard, to which she replied that the hotel customer who was with me can go to the soft room and I can get out. After that, I left the hotel, and when I left, I cried. The owner to the woman that Does she know at what price booking.com is selling the same room where she asked us for 165eur so for 133eur to which she replied that they can no longer get through booking.com for this night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away!!

We went to play pool with my friend and we thought it was free but it wasn't so we spent our little money on it. Then we wondered aloud if another 30 min would be played, but then we were evicted. Then we were left waiting for a ride at the corner, but we couldn't do it when the employee came yelling at us. Rude! I do not recommend.
