We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our time in Reims. From check-in, all of the hotel front desk staff were amazing and provided very detailed and attentive service. We received a hotel on a lower floor and requested and requested to wait for a higher floor so we could have a better view of the Cathedral and the fireworks in the evening. We appreciated that the hotel accomodated the request without any fuss and provided us with a glass of champagne while we waited for our room to be ready. This little gesture was a great touch after our long travel day from Toronto-Paris-Reims. We visited the gym and spa which was a great to de-compress with well maintained facilities. The hotel is centrally located and a short walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Reims!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room faced right out to the cathedral which was pretty amazing. It's very quiet even though it's near many restaurants and public transportation. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and competent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend this hotel if you're going to Reims.

We were upgraded on arrival due to being Marriott members, which was a pleasant surprise. We had a small balcony with an amazing view of the Cathedral, although the room was a little small. The location was wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful. We had room service as we were extremely tired and thought it would be great to eat on the balcony with the Cathedral as a backdrop, however the room service was disappointing as the food was lukewarm warm and of poor quality for the price. The following day we had lunch in the hotel brasserie and this meal was excellent.

Amazing!! Champagne tours very close by and Champagne store couple doors down. Great to come back and see the cathedral right outside your door. It’s unbelievable. I dont like staying in hotels but this place is special. Great staff they bring you Champagne as you settle in and make you feel special.

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was divine - sooo comfortable! The location is great and the breakfast is lovely. The only downsides are the “spa” (it’s just a tiny hot tub) and the parking (you have to meet the valet offsite and lug your bags yourself down cobblestones). Overall, we’d definitely stay here again (mainly for the bed)

The hotel overlooks Reims Cathedral, which is a fantastic location. We had a room looking out onto the cathedral, which was worth the extra money. The room itself was decorated and furnished in an upscale modern and chic style and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The mini-bar was well-stocked if a little expensive (when are they not?). However, we would have liked some fresh milk for tea in the morning, which was sadly conspicuous by its absence. Unfortunately, we weren't staying long enough to try the spa so can't comment on that. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. All in all a great place to stop off on the way home. Incidentally, we were driving and didn't use the hotel's off-site parking facilities. We parked overnight for free (it being Saturday/Sunday) on Rue des Tournelles, which is just behind the cathedral.

Stunning hotel that has a large restaurant and spa attached. Decent size room with king bed that overlooked the courtyard. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms and slippers were worn by many throughout the hotel to the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a challenge to find the entrance as we drove. A staff met us at a parking lot close by. We enjoyed a welcome glass of champagne. Location was very central.

I stayed at this hotel last weekend with 2 couples of friends and we had a great experience. To be more precise I think the location of the hotel is great (right in front of the Cathedral), the rooms are nice (although I believe the bathrooms are not at the level they should be) and the Staff if highly competent and very friendly. Their restaurant is awesome... food is great, their wine and champagne list is fantastic, and the waiters are super nice, competent and very friendly. Their breakfast/brunch on Sunday morning was superb!

My wife and I travel to Europe every year and typically stay in 2-3 different hotels during our travels. The La Caserne Chanzy Hotel in Reims is in our top 3 all time hotels. Could not have a better location in the town of Reims then this hotel. We got the Junior Suite with Cathedral and had the most amazing view of the gorgeous Reims Cathedral with a balcony. Hotel is very new and trendy. Room is setup very well for the new traveler. Restaurant on site is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was great. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel when staying in Reims!

Tremendous service and top notch room design. Enjoyed views of terrace.
Restaurant is another story—seems like it could be attached to a more down range hotel. Dirty tables with dust, sticky flatware in the buffet line, staff taking marmalade back to the kitchen for their toast.
