Awful. When arriving and unable to stay, we were told that we would get our reservation amount refunded, but nothing ever happened. No response to any message sent, never replied, nothing refunded. Beware.

Our stay at Keti Kapri was a frustrating mess. We booked and paid for a studio, but were given a double (the category they’d normally sell it as) and then dishonest words and empty promises followed.
Key issues:
**Room Mismatch:** The double room we got didn’t match the studio we booked and paid, plain and simple.
**Empty Promises:** The owner, Christos, promised a refund for the downgrade, but once we left, our requests were flat-out ignored.
**Deceptive Practices:** It felt like the sister was the one managing the bookings and knew what was up, while the brother, Christos, played innocent. Terrible.
**Not Just Us:** Other reviews show we’re not the first to be misled. This is a pattern, not a one-off.
**Transparency Fail:** Keti Kapri’s misleading ads are more than disappointing—they’re a rip-off.
It's not about the money, it's about the principle of receiving what you pay for and trusting to make a transaction.
Save yourself the trouble—skip this place. I guess it’s all a lottery as looking at other reviews, we were not the only ones cheated.

Ideal location if you're looking for a clean accommodation off from the hustle and bustle of the main road across from the beach; though prices were a bit on the high side considering other places included breakfast + amenities (swimming pool, bar, etc..) at a more competitive rate p/night. Although it was a nice experience for our first time in Naxos, I would consider other options the next time around.

We stayed with Christo for 2 whole weeks, He was an amazing host, very friendly and helpful ,made us feel at home.
The complex is a street behind the sea ,which makes it nice and quite.
Paradise!!
The room was kept clean , all our requests were met with a smile.

Our stay in Keti Kapri was incredible and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that truly made us feel at home.
The location is great and the rooms are fully refurbished, elegantly decorated and impeccably clean.
Christos was a great host and very accommodating.
We will be back for sure. :)

We had 2 apartments both with a sea view. They were very modern and comfortable and very clean. The owner could not have been more helpful with car hire, getting us a taxi and attending to any questions we asked.
The situation of the Keti is perfect for the beach and there is a small supermarket close by. The bus into Chora which runs parallel with the coasts is reasonable and regular. Everything was really great and I would recommend the Keti Kapri.

We had a great experience staying at Keti’s studios! The location is very convenient, just a street across the beach and in close proximity to restaurants and beach bars.
The room was very clean and comfortable with a balcony and a patio overlooking the sea. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and communication was very smooth. Overall, we would come back again and highly recommend this place!

Extremely clean, tidy, renovated in 2018 and nicely decorated rooms, situated at the marvellous beach of Maragas at only 30 seconds on foot distance! Very polite and helpful staff! Highly recommended accommodation!!! ❤️❤️✌️

Very nice, clean and tidy studios apart from main street (quiet) , but still 50m to beautiful beach and the nearest taverna. supermarket within 100m reach as well as many good tavernas and restaurants. bus stop to capital 100m, buses every 30 minutes. a perfect place for both family or romantic holiday. very recommended
