Kedros Villas

We had a wonderful, relaxing 12-night stay at Kedros Villas. The property was exactly as described/ pictured and the breakfasts are pure luxury. The mother-daughter team of Anastasia and Maroula are the perfect hosts: They went over-and-above to ensure we had a lovely time. One of my daughter's asthma was playing up and Anastasia brewed her a medicinal herbal tea every morning, picked fresh from her garden, which worked like magic. Just one example of the hospitality we experienced amongst many. We found the beds extremely comfortable and the villa was cool and peaceful amongst the olive and juniper trees. The sea views from villa 209 were stunning, where you can see right across to the portara in Naxos town. The pool area was luxurious and very clean. All in all a fabulous holiday and we would not hesitate to return.

Anastasia and Maroula were very accommodating to us and made our stay very comfortable. Every day our breakfast was delicious and made to order. They made it special with bread and jams and the coffee and tea was readily available .Our rooms were clean and the bathrooms always had fresh towels. The hot tub was a great bonus that we enjoyed every night of our stay and the view from our villa was amazing. Highly recommend these villas!

The family run hotel complex was wonderful. We stayed for 10 nights and the staff looked after us really well. Booking taxis, supplying bus tickets ( at 2 euro ) The free breakfast was superb- what a choice from locally made cheeses, bread, fruit etc as well as eggs and bacon. Cool pool with luxurious sun beds- we felt like VIPs. Only disadvantage is the distance to the town/ beaches- you need either a hired vehicle or get the bus. The bus is every 30 minutes or so but are sometimes full by the time they arrive and they don’t always drop you off when you ask them ( Naxos Palace hotel next door) The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you needed for self catering if needs be. Good views over the bay and towards the town. The close location of the airport didn’t interfere with our enjoyment as the flights don’t fly overhead. Thanks for a lovely holiday

We stayed in the two bedroom grand villa. Parking our vehicle there was very convenient. We had a view of the town including the ferries coming and going, the windsurfers at the beach across the road, and we overlooked the pool a few steps away. Staff, service and food were all excellent. Beautiful beach and lots of restaurants 10 minutes away up the road.

This was one of the best locations we have ever chosen for a family holiday. The house was amazing (overlooking the pool area), the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool area is large relative to the size of the resort. Everything was ideal and we have very happy memories. I can only give it 5 out of 5 but would give it a six if I could.

Location is perfect when travelling by car – less than 5 minutes’ drive to arguably to the best beach on the island (Agios Prokopios beach) and circa 10 minutes to Chora (center of the island). The territory of the hotel is very spacious and has a very beautiful nature-inspired land scaping. Accommodation is comfortable and well maintained – we stayed at 2-level detached house with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and a living room with kitchen and a large terrace on the upper level with an amazing view onto the center of the island and the sea + a private yard. Parking was just outside the house. Kids particularly liked the swimming pool – 10 x 20 meters (or so) naturally surrounded by huge boulders, which creates an amazing unique scenery. Very welcoming and pleasant owners. Definitely recommend this Kedros Villas.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the villa, the pool, the sun beds, the cocktails, the service, the breakfast... Thé staff were so friendly and welcoming. The beach is a 20-minute walk, 15 to supermarket (bus available too). There is a bus to town (stop 50m) - tickets available at reception. We loved it and would definitely return. My son and husband left clothes and they posted them to us. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Kedros Villas is a wonderful gateway to enjoy your vacation in Naxos. The room and amenities are wonderful. Having a Jacuzzi or a personal pool was fantastic. Steam shower is a nice touch. The reception and concierge desk were very friendly and helpful in reserving activities.
