Hotel Benitses Arches

E una brutta esperienza .e passato più di in mese da quando mi hanno prelevato I soldi come deposito. Ma non sono restituiti.sono spariti.mai più questo hotel.(sul booking c'era scritto che si paga in struttura...)alla fine ho pagato in struttura il prezzo intero .e poi anche hanno prelevato I soldi.molto bene....e un pessimo rapporto.

Avevo scelto questo hotel per il mio soggiorno a Corfù, nonostante le due stelle, visti i commenti degli altri ospiti.Purtroppo le aspettative NON sono state confermate. Primo appunto: immediato pagamento al momento del checkin, come fossimo dei maleintenzionati, nonostante la struttura possedesse gia la copia del mio passaporto ed i dati della mia carta di credito. Secondo appunto: la pulizia della stanza non è stata MAI fatta durante i quattro giorni del mio soggiorno in hotel. Cosa mai successa neanche nei peggiori alberghi....!!!! Nel bagno, a dir poco minuscolo non c'è sapone per la doccia, non un bicchiere e la doccia ha ancora la vecchia tendina di plastica..... Dimenticavo, per la colazione NON disponibile in hotel bisogna provvedere in altri bar lungo la strada. A questo punto fate le vostre considerazioni... !!?? DA EVITARE Unica nota positiva il personale presente al check out che gentilmente ci ha aiutato nel trasporto dei bagagli in auto.

We had booked a room with a double bed. The room was equipped with a kettle, fridge, TV and hairdryer. Unfortunately there was nothing else available such as glasses or coffee cups. The staff gave us plastic plates and paper cups at our request. The bed was narrow and the mattress uncomfortable. The room and bathroom equipment was very outdated. In the hotel, you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms (use of the toilet and shower, movement in the hall, closing the doors of other rooms).
The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants, shops nearby, and there is a bus stop nearby. The beach is near the hotel. The road along the coast is a bit noisy.
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
