We had booked a room with a double bed. The room was equipped with a kettle, fridge, TV and hairdryer. Unfortunately there was nothing else available such as glasses or coffee cups. The staff gave us plastic plates and paper cups at our request. The bed was narrow and the mattress uncomfortable. The room and bathroom equipment was very outdated. In the hotel, you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms (use of the toilet and shower, movement in the hall, closing the doors of other rooms).
The location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants, shops nearby, and there is a bus stop nearby. The beach is near the hotel. The road along the coast is a bit noisy.
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The room itself was tiled and spacious with a balcony facing the sea. The room was the cleanest Hotel I have probably ever stayed in, it was exceptionally clean which I was not expecting at all.
The shower pressure was very good and the hot water didn't lose temperature at all. The area of Benitses is beautiful, it's a fishing villiage which is run down in places but you have amazing walks, restaurants, beaches and bus routes within minutes of the hotel.
The beach is very close to the hotel and gives incredible views over mountains, in the evening and at sunrise the water turns a pinkish blue.
The staff were quick to respond to any requests and left us alone to enjoy our stay but we're always on hand if we needed them.

This hotel is really near to the beach, restaurants and to the centre.
The room was always clean, stuff was very kind, helpful and flexible.
Its an absolutely convenient place.

The best part of the hotel is its location, in the prime area of Benitses, just cross the street of the beach, close to the Benitses centre, in walking distance, many options of restaurants and bars. The hotel offers daily room service. The lobby is comfortable, and spacious. It is great to sit and chill there.

However, the rooms on the 3rd floor are added for the peak season, I think. The room is too small and too hot. I do not think it is a hotel standard room, but just partitions to increase the capacity of the hotel. AC is not strong enough to fight with accumulated heat in the wall. The toilet is very tiny. The water supply is limited as well.
