On main road into Komotini. Feels like Bavarian mountain hotel, lots of ambient wood. Family run and attentive. Copious breakfast. Rooms warm and cozy in winter. Prefer room facing mountains. Free parking in front, great stopping point en route to Turkey.

An interesting and well kept hotel with a high-class 70s style.
The room is very comfortable. The situation about the sound, maybe per luck, or for reasons of being already September, wasn't critical and the night sleep was sound.

There is a major problem with this hotel - too loud to sleep. The room we got was too noisy because of the road and the sound of motorcycles was so loud we asked the manager if the other side was better and were assured that it was, so we changed rooms. It was an awful advice (and the nice girl in the morning who made breakfast told us so) - the other side was much worse because of peacocks and dogs shouting all night. We tried to close the door but then it was impossible to breath because air conditioner didn’t really help. And you could hear the peacocks even through the closed door because they are literally at your window. The manager should have told us to stay in our room because road noise is still better than shouting animals. That said, the room does look nice and stylish, although bathroom is very unpleasant and needs renovation. Also, the mattress very hard and old. Another good thing about the hotel is breakfast in the garden - it is very nice, tasty and atmospheric and somehow restored our mood after the sleepless night. But still, if you want to sleep all the advantages are probably not worth it. I would only come back here if they renovated bathrooms and somehow managed the noise at least on one side of the hotel.

Excellent transit hotel, in route to Thassos, also, I highly recommend visiting Komotini during your stay, it's a beautiful small town.

usually i dont write comments but this hotel deserves it. I stayed in much more expensive hotels during my business trip in kavala, Thessaloniki but this hotel is the best. The rooms are warm, cozy, big and silent. The hotel has really parking spot and the staff is very proffessional.

Very polite and helpful owners. Location is close to the center of Komotini. Parking is wide and seen from rooms. Comfortable rooms and partly renovated. Bathroom needs refurnishing though. The age of the room could be seen at some points. There is space for improvement but overall opinion is good and I would definitely stay there again at my next business transit!
