San Panteleimon

I was in this hotel in May this year. I spent there two weeks and I will share my impressions with you. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The decor and arrangement of this hotel is beautiful and amazing. The entire facility is of a high standard. The pool, rooms and balconies are a paradise in which to spend your vacation. The meals available in the hotel were delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone if you want to spend some time near the mountains and the sea.

We spent one week at San Panteleimon Hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The pool was clean and the food was delicious and abundant. Our stay was all-inclusive with drinks, coffee and ice-cream available from 11:00 - 10:00. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have its own space by the beach so you need to pay for chairs and umbrellas. Also, the reception and kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and awesome food! Nice and eager service. Good swimming pool and very close to the sea. Rooms are Ok in size but the time and usage is a bit visable in them, especially in the bathrooms. Overall we highly recommend this hotel for a family stay!

I'm going to start by saying why this is not a 5 star resort because it is absolutely lovely and worth your consideration unless you are looking for these things.

Having stayed in only a few 5 star resorts, this one is missing a business center, a workout center, a heated pool, and no visible repairs.

Otherwise, I think they would be a consistent 5 star 🌟 review. Here is my overview and why I will recommend 👌.

It's part of a small hotel/restaurant community area along the Aegean Sea 🌊 shore which is about 50 meters walk down the side of the hotel. If your room is in the front you will see Mount Olympus in the very near distance. ⛰️⚡️😲

Our stay was mid April so far before the tourist season begins. Highly recommend coming now if you can. The temperatures ranged in the mid 70's all of our 4 nights, 5 days, with sunny or mostly sunny skies and clear nights for many stars 🌟. The lights of the hillside villages are beautiful from a front facing balcony.

The buffet meals 🍽 are included in the rate and there is more than enough options for everyone. They have a full service bar 🥃🍻🍸🍷 and very large dining room area to accommodate a full hotel of guests. The pool 🏊‍♂️ is beautiful blue with an enchanted mermaid 🧜🏼‍♀️ swimming with you along the bottom tiles. There are many pool chairs for lounging with lots of outdoor seating to eat and rest as well.

Don't think I've seen a friendlier, more attentive 🫠 staff anywhere.🥰 Sarkis is one of the most Greek personalities to meet! 🏛🤗

Throughout our time in Greece 🇬🇷 we've seen lots of cats 🐈. They roam outside and will quickly eat anything you drop.

Elisabeth 👸🏽at the front desk is a Queen, and can help make any arrangements that you need locally for tours and excursion ideas. Most of the staff speak conversational English which is good for those of us who travel without speaking the native language. 🤩😬😉

Our double room had good lighting and firm beds 🛌. There is a dog 🐕 outside somewhere that we heard barking a few times, but for us it added to the ambiance.

A couple of points to be aware of:

As in other energy efficient hotels, you only have electricity in the room when your door key is in the slot. To me, this is a good way to reduce lights being left on and such when no one is there.
The AC worked great 👍🏻 though it won't work if the balcony door is open. Again, a good idea.
There are signs above the toilets 🚻 that you NOT put paper in it. This means you wipe and put it in the can. I have seen this in multiple countries/locations because the pipes were not built with so much tissue and people in mind. Be glad the rooms can be cleaned daily and the can will be emptied. 🫡

While we were here, they were hosting 200 Rasmus students and teachers from Czech Republic and Poland. Many of the students were working alongside the staff, so in this off season they are a teaching hotel. Love that!

On our last night we returned from an outing with local friends to find a dance party in the dining room. We hope that you will also "Seize the Day" and jump in the line! 💃🏼🕺🏾🌏

Great hotel close to mount Olympus. Rooms are nice, food is very good (even though more fruits would be welcomed). Beach is close enough and is never crowded.
All in all, a great place with some of the nicest people - the hosts. Was twice already, and will come back for at least a 3rd time!

The best hotel we have ever visited! A minute from the beach,with pool and modern rooms,high level of hygiene with the best hotel staff with an exceptional cuisine that servs allergy-friendly meals! 😁
