Very cosy family-owned hotel with a welcoming and helpful host, providing detailed advice on places to see in Kefalonia. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make the most of our holiday - for example, offering a bottle of wine upon arrival and a free sun umbrella to use for the duration of our stay.

We have returned to this summer residence after more than ten years. Well, this time too we spent a wonderful holiday period !!! I recommend to all those who love Kefalonia to live away from the chaos and surrounded by nature, but also a short distance from some of the most beautiful beaches of this island, to stay there. Really lovely hotel with welcoming owners in a handy location (10 mins from airport, 10 mins from Argostoli). Pool is big and surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. Very nice place to spend a week in a peaceful location.

The great welcome from Effie after a 5.55am flight from Gatwick really got my holiday off to a good start. I stayed for two nights ahead of a yoga break and Effie and her team provided a home from home. Very comfortable pitstop and first class support with getting my bearings. Effie's love for the island is infectious. Best wishes to them all. x

The owner is very nice, he picked us at the airport and drove us back in the end of our stay, which we really appreciated. He made us breakfast (you can choose between omelette from egs/fried eggs on toast/croissant/toast with marmelade). Great place to stay, very friendly and kind people with free collection from the airport. Generous size apartment and well kept garden. Walkable to beaches and a couple of great restaurants nearby.

Stayed at the Dallas hotel in September 2019. What a lovely place. Rooms are all well kitted out. Air con, hair dryer usual Greek bathroom. Beds comfy and laundry cleaned every three days. The owner's are ace and cannot do enough for you. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and unexpected. Delivered to your room between 8 and 10am when you want it. Easy walking distance of 3 beaches and 7 tavernas...

This is a marvelous place to stay!! Michalis and Litsa are great hosts and will do anything to help. Today we were picking up a hired car at the airport and she gave us a lift which was very kind of her! Only thing stopping us from giving 5 stars is that the room is only cleaned every third day including the emptying of the bathroom bucket containing the used toilet paper!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dallas Hotel this April. Litsa was the perfect host! The hotel is wonderfully kept, well located and straight away felt like home. We didn’t realise this when we booked but the hotel is in fact walking distance from Ai Helios beach. Thanks for having us!

It is a great place. The location is in a vital spot- it is close to everything on the island. The owners are really kind and good people. I think everyone who likes Kefalonia should visit that hotel.

A very well located hotel, close to all south beaches. Safe swimming pool for kids, big fresh garden with many plants. Spacious spotless rooms, nice view. Very friendly owners, Jovanna and her mother, always there to help you with anything. I def recommend it

Amazing accommodation. Rooms are clean, the pool is a great size and depth, the host is friendly and a very nice lady. Wifi works well, occasionally can take some time to connect but no issues other than that. The host gave her whatsapp number to message at any time for anything, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and local sweets, there are free fresh vegetables that have been grown in the garden...

Extremely happy and impressed from the incredible people met during our stay. Jovanna is an exceptional hostess that made sure our stay is nothing more than amazing and relaxed. Great services and everything is absolutely squeaky clean. The family runs the place and you can tell that they are doing a great job. Will be back for sure and I definitely recommend it to anyone! The room was clean und very nice with kitchen and fridge. Even air condition. perfect for the summer! The view was awesome! In the morning you can have breakfast with a nice view on the sea in the front. Or a nice view on the mountin in the back. We had a nice holiday and we would come back for sure! Everything is perfect, just cold water's tap in shower was not enough powerful due to what had to do hot also less and in total slight shower

I like the view and the living room. Some things: - the wifi works only intermittently - if you ask kindly, you can use the neighbor hotel's pool

Very nice view of the sea and Zakynthos island, as well as, the high mountain above. Spacious rooms, very clean ! It's a good idea to come by car or motorbike... The place is very quiet, indeed.

I have given this 5 stars because of the great views of the sea and the cleanliness of the apartments. The owners keep this place immaculate it's perfect for couples and older families. Not ideal for young families, lots of dangers and no pool and up a very steep hill for the beach, this didnt matter as we had a car and was out exploring most days. To the beach and the sea 5 minutes walk. The grounds and rooms are beautifully decorated. Airport runway 2 steps away. Planes take off directly over the beach. It's very cool to watch.

Beautiful place! The attention of Fotini and Maria are great. Beautiful welcome gift! I stayed a week and everything was absolutely perfect. The room has a full kitchen, a very comfortable queen bed and pillows to Also. The bathroom is very nice and the water comes out with good pressure. Cleanliness can't be beat. Very quiet although within walking distance of the airport. Need for cars or scooters. Very nice staff.

Was here for 5 days and had a good time. The place looks nice and the room was really comfy and bigger than I expected. The room also had a little kitchen part, that was very practical for making a quick breakfast or a bite during the day - as restaurants or shops are not really close by. Would return here. As a tip - if possible rent a car to have it more easy to get to the city, restaurants etc

The location is near the airport but it didn't bother us so much. The beach is 5 mins walk and it's a really small one but sandy. Anyway you need a car to discover the island anyway. The closest supermarket is about 900 meters away.

This place could not be closer to the action. 30 meters and you are in the main square - bars, restaurants & clubs within stones a throw. Free parking out front made life easy. This place is perfect for 2x couples or friends. Both beds are incredibly comfy and both bathrooms were very modern and dressed nicely.
