We have visited only the garden, but it was just a waste of money. The garden is uncared, no any new tree, just cut out the old trees. The castle is also in the same condition... ruined.

Very small room.
The bed is way too hard, slopes to the sides and it's covered by plasticky sheets. Dinner choice is rice, cooked potato, some good meat with sauce, some vegetables, 2 pastries, pears, apples and watermelon (that s the entire menu). NO WATER, or anything to drink.
There is no fridge, the shower is for fairies, a normal human can barely fit in. Checkout is at 10am sharp or you'll be charges 3000huf. The hotel itself is rundown. The children's playground is just a room with broken toys.
Very overpriced for what it offers.

the environment and the comfort was simply perfect.

I spent there 2 nights for the price of 3, as it turned out when I checked out.
The 1st night I could barely sleep due to a loud music party that took place at the hotel.
The room was however not bad, the bed was comfortable, but the shower stall was very narrow.
Due to the above mentioned issues, I would not recommend this place to my friends.

This hotel has everything you need with children. It is quiet place. Rooms are small but comfortable. Kind and smiling personal. Super restaurant with good kitchen. Everything was fine.

Nice hotel with plenty of children programs.

The place is filthy, repulsive, the food terrible. The "child friendly" area has mostly broken toys.
Wifi was broken for four days straight.
The "bistro" sells three types of sandwiches.
I would not advise anyone to spend their money or time here.

A hotel in need of modernisation with a staff needing up skilling and a garden that must have indeed fairy tale like back in 1786 but now in need of a gardner.
