(I have visited almost all the youth hostels by ANA) You cannot ask for better hospitality and service. The front desk clerk רחל is the kindest person. She made sure I had everything taken care of. The room was well made and clean, the food was great and the other staff like Jamal treat you like you are a guest in their home. Highly recommend staying here

We had an outstanding experience in the hostel. The room was clean with beautiful view. The breakfast and dinner buffets were rich and tasty. The staff was extraordinary friendly and supportive. At the check-in, the staff did a mistake with the room. They were so apologist about it and compensated us with a free.dinner. We will definitely come back.

Not my cup of tea.
There is no place to buy some base stuff around the place and in the hostel itself there a vending machine with lights drinks only. So if you want to make a coffee in your room and you didnt bring a milk/sweet&low with you. yo have no chance to make it. Same with beers. The place itself is ok to come with a big group. There is a mini refrigerator in a room. Good pillows, no thin blanket so u have no choise but to sleep with the air conditioner.
The mattress is terrible, a lot of insects and bugs inside the toilet/shower/room. The balcony is dirty and full of insects.
The TV didnt work
The breakfast is very good for hostel, so i the dinner. There are good choice for kids: pasta; shnitzel, cuscus, cornflakes

We really enjoyed this location and would gladly return. The hostel is located in the middle of a national park and has an exceptional view and access to The Dead Sea and Nature. The food is pretty simple, but there is good variety and the staff was very kind and hospitable. We would definitely return.

Absolutely disastrous reception. Their computers were down so they took my passport for "insurance". The next day they forgot to give it back, and I forgot to ask. We drove away and then drove back only to find reception was closed. The next day when I got hold of them they took no responsibility what so ever and refused to send it to me. The rest of the place was fine but this approach to customer service and sheer lack of understanding was mind blowing. Don't stay here, stay in ein bokek.

Nice rooms with balcony and a view of the Dead Sea. Great dinner and breakfast and good, clean shower and bathroom.
