Residence Hotel Alba Palace

Super structure! My husband and I just stayed for a week. Despite a small misunderstanding upon arrival, everything was resolved as best as possible without any problems. Absolute professionalism! Extreme cleanliness everywhere! Huge room equipped with all comforts, excellent breakfast (always different and delicious cakes, savory etc.). Thanks to all the staff, really efficient!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic and colorful breakfast, clean rooms, very nice night porter and the girl who followed us to the bar was super helpful...
What can I say, we will definitely be back.

We were guests of this structure for the third year, very kind staff, very well-kept and clean rooms and environments, friendliness from all the staff.
We will definitely return next year if we have the chance.

Excellent structure. New environments with particular attention to detail and cleanliness. We stayed for 3 nights in total relaxation, quiet and with a beautiful swimming pool. It is one step away from the sea and with all services nearby. Affiliated establishment. I would go back, I highly recommend it!

Truly beautiful fifteen days. Very component and helpful staff especially the goalkeeper Berardo. Right breakfast in terms of variety including delicious homemade cakes. Rooms always clean not huge (we had a double).
Hotel location 2/5 min walk from the pine forest and the road has never weighed on us, strategically excellent also for those who walk around Alba Adriatica. Parking not always free in front of the structure, underground for a fee and one dedicated to the structure a 2-minute walk away.

We left disappointed, we booked the hotel on booking were is state that is 24/h reception.We booked it as we should arrive around 11 o’clock. The host called us at 22 and informed that the reception will be closed, and if we could arrive earlier, of course we couldn’t as this was our arrival time from we’re we where driving. I have arrived at the hotel and it was closed, in 5 minutes the host arrived and we had a really fast check in. The host doesn’t speak English, so she had someone with her to translate. We have been asked if we would like the breakfast in the morning, I told them that if you have that included then yes if not then Is not a problem.
In the morning after breakfast we decided to spend one more night here as the apart hotel is ok, and we were hit by a 15€ bill for the breakfast and quoted for the next day even more expensive that we booked on booking. I was really disappointed that we weren’t informed that the breakfast is paid, as I wouldn’t mind to pay because the breakfast was delicious, but would prefer to be informed about that. I still recommend this place if you are with kids, as you still have kitchen and extra bed included.

New and beautiful structure, not far from the seafront. Elegant, with attention to the smallest details with the possibility of cooking in the room. It has a small and functional swimming pool. The lobby is beautiful and so are the rooms. Possibility of parking in a fenced and tree-lined area not far from the hotel. We had a small mistake with the booking which was resolved very well by the management. In short, everything at the top, including the price ... to attend.
