This is genuinely the best hotel I have been to. The rooms were spectacular with nice beds, good wardrobes and a desk which is very nice. The food is amazing along with the service. Since I have a eating disorder, they tried their very best to cater to my zone which was extremely nice of them. The staff are very caring and fast. There is a pool, which is wonderful. It has jets to relax in, and a solid main pool that is also a infinity pool! Overall, I would definitely come again. Its been awesome.

the service is quite weak, the location is good though, it’s really near the city center. The rooms? Total disaster. The beds are infested with fleas or some different types of insects, i got bitten a lot of times during my sleep, the shower’s floor is yellowish, the pillows are hard as rocks.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. Very friendly staff. Spacious bedrooms.

Fantastic hotel with a newly renovated pool in spring this year (2023). Great access to city centre and a 10 min drive from Riva. The staff are exceptional, going above and beyond. The breakfast is lovely and a large spread. Definitely try the raw honeycomb honey! Rooms a little dated but renovations underway we are told. Will definitely come again.

I had half board and it was a mistake. The food totally disaster, not only it's fast food but also taste bad.i can't understand how inside looks fanscy restaurant and then they present that horrible fast food, the fish was too Oli and the oil smell old, I didn't eat it, Even breakfast is bad .

Dissapointed, first day vacation but only loud music due to wedding and wellness area closed despite Hotel is advertising for it, no parking as well all used by wedding guests... But we received a bottle of champagne and a fruit plat as nice compensation. Well done! ;-)

We had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast is magnicificent. And a very friendly hotel staff! Lovely town as well. Just a few minutes from the centre. Great atmosphere in Acro. Very cosy!

Nice hotel, well organized and not too expensive. Swimming pool, bikes, ebikes, spa and other services available to the clients, some for free. Helpful and nice personnel.

Nicely located next to a protestant church and within 5min walking distance to the historical center of Arco.
Hotel and rooms interior feels a bit dated, but overall in good condition. Another advantage is : it has a pool.
