Amazing affordable option away from the coast- great setting and accessible to all of the best spots in Costa Smeralda

We recently came back from a lovely stay here.
Really helpful and friendly staff, in all areas. Even put up with my Italian and were very helpful in my learning.

Our first room was very small (standard room) we were able to upgrade an extra cost but it was a much better spacious room.
The sound proofing between rooms, especially for the cost could be better.
The pool areas is gorgeous and well maintained the pool was cleaned every day.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice.

We were confused about the proximity of the Hotels own wild boar which we could smell and wasn't pleasant to sit out in the evening if the wind was blowing in our direction. Again for the cost of this particular room, we think this should be reconsidered.

It is otherwise a lovely quiet location with beautiful views.

Would definitely recommend the family owned vineyard that is close by, easily walkable if you're fit and healthy.

We enjoyed local restaurants in Arzachena that were recommended. Lots of locals eating there and an opportunity to practice our Italian.

The perfect stay!!! We stayed in Parco Degli Ulivi for 4 nights out of our 7 night holiday and we wish we spent all 7 here! We loved everything about this hotel. Firstly, the setting in the middle of nature and mountains, so you definitely need a car, made for incredible views from the pool and outside our room! Yet, you are still only 5 minutes driving from Arzachena which has some great restaurants! The hotel was always so quiet (we visited at the start of September) we were usually the only people in the pool and in the mornings and evenings there wasn't even anyone sat around the pool area which we found bizzare considering how stunning the terracw was! We never had dinner at the hotel but the included breakfast was amazing, all their cakes tasted fantastic, they had a wide selection of jams, honeys and breads, meats and cheeses, a good selection of fruit and lovely iced tea and to top it all of, the view as you eat is amazing! We also had some drinks by the pool and considering how fancy and expensive the main restaurant's menu was, they were good value (€10 for a cocktail and €5 for a beer). There were also lots of wild animals around the hotel which was fun to see including Eurasian Collared-Doves, Eurasian Jays, Sardinian Warblers and so many lizards! All the staff were lovely, accomodating and most spoke really good English. The room was spotless and I immediately felt comfortable walking round barefoot in the room (which is rare for me). The rooms are in very cute little blocks, which are beautiful architecturally, of about 5-6 so it doesn't feel like a commercialised hotel and the beds were some of the comfiest we've come across! The cleaners always did a great job making our room spotless every single day! Overall, the value for money is fantastic (especially comparing it to the other hotel we spent our latter 3 nights at) The only very minor downsides we encountered were the opening time of the pool and bar area as it closes at 19:30 (just as the suns setting when we visited) and we would have liked to swim a little into the evening a little and the walls were quite thin in the rooms and you could hear everything your neighbours were doing but luckily, all our neighbours were quiet by about 22:30 so just be aware of that but considering everything, these details are only very small. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredible! 100% recommended to everyone visiting Sardinia

This hotel is beautifully situated in a secluded area. It is ideal for those seeking a relaxing, peaceful break backed by excellent service and catering.

It is located in a hilly area and yet is only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smerelda. The hotel is remote and a hire car is essential.

The food in the restaurant was of a consistently high quality with good range of choices for all courses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury items.

The pool was of a size suitable for swimming with plenty of space surrounding for relaxation. It is slightly exposed in the event of breezy weather but this would not be a problem in high summer,

We had a lovely stay here, the hotel is in a beautiful spot with panoramic views. The hotel staff were excellent: extremely helpful and responsive, and they gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the local area. This was our first trip away with our baby and the staff made sure that we had everything that we needed.
Also the breakfast was absolutely outstanding every day.

What a fabulous place to be: calm, beautiful and luxurious without being pretentious.
The staff is just fantastic and genuinely nice. They happily help and advice you with any question you have such as hiring bikes, doing day trips etc.
The hotel itself is a wonderful boutique hotel with plenty of great views across the valley. Accommodation is spread out which makes it feel very private.
There is always a slight breeze which is so nice especially when some days are hot.
We travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels we stayed in.
