Hotel practically on the sea, room assigned to say the least spectacular, modern, facing the sea, perfect.
Quick daily cleaning (to include the different times for cleaning the floor and cleaning the beds, etc., both are efficient in any case).
Table service not always punctual, needs improvement.

This year too, like last year, I spent a few days at the Elizabeth hotel and this year too, like last year, I had a fantastic experience: super helpful and competent staff, the entertainer Giada who was adored by my son and also the restaurant staff, despite Olga not being there, had great patience in satisfying the "whims" of my 7 year old...a special thanks also to the Reception service, when I return to Bellaria the Elizabeth will be the one hotel that I will contact....Loris

I recommend it to everyone for the professionalism of the staff, the seriousness and attention to the guests. The location, a few steps from the sea, the goodness and abundance of the food, make this hotel the ideal place for a nice holiday alone or with the family

We stayed a week in this property and everything was fantastic 😎
The quality of the food is good, the dining room staff is always friendly, not to mention Mrs. Olga is always ready to satisfy the needs of the little ones.
The spacious room is always clean, ours had an amazing view.
All the reception staff have always been very helpful and friendly.

Professionalism, quality and kindness.
Particular attention from the receptionist to accommodate every customer request.
The cuisine is simply fantastic, super compliments to the chef.
Our waiter, Yass, attentive and helpful, fast and professional.

Clean and very well managed hotel. I stayed in a sea view suite and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and in my opinion it's definitely worth a try.

My family and I just had a great weekend! Very beautiful place and fantastic location right on the beach. Large and clean rooms, very kind and attentive staff and owners, we ate very well. We can't wait to go back.

As soon as we arrived they gave us the wrong room (we had booked the sea view room, they gave us a very bad room); buffet breakfast a horn and with poor products, hospital lunch and dinner. I don't know if it's for the covid or something else but I was very disappointed with two stars for the staff.

The structure is in a beautiful location, the room all in all I was not sorry and the staff in the room was very kind and fast .... but the welcome was really disappointing.
We asked for a drying rack (which there was in the other terraces) and it never arrived, by mistake I was taken to wash my towel and, when I went to explain the problem at the reception, the answer was "I see it hard to recover it "
Now I do not expect the impossible (in fact I have not recovered it anymore) but on a mistake not mine since the towel was not with those of the hotel and it was not even the same color ... at least pretend to be mortified and tell me that you will try your best to recover it or look for a solution .... or just ask me sorry.
I just felt a nuisance for the reception staff .... but if the customer is a nuisance maybe that's not your job
