Eureka Palace Hotel Spa Resort

This place is a far cry from 4 star. The whole place needs maintenance. Our shower leaked everywhere, the minibar is disgusting and dirty. The AC cannot be controlled and was too hot. No bar in the main building, if you want a bottle of water you need to walk out of the building and go to the pool area. Drinks are expensive and the service is not on par. Breakfast wasn't too shabby but the same mozzarella was out for at least our whole 3 day stay and was expired/ water was yellow. Not impressed at all. Will not return.

Rooms were just barely okay, the bed was big and the room had enough storage. However, the shower was leaking and had bad water pressure, the beg squeaked but that wasn't the worst part. The worst was the so called "isolation" that was almost non existent. We were on the last floor but we could hear everything. A child talking somewhere in the hotel ? Yes, you could hear it. A cleaning lady moving a chair 3 rooms down? You can hear that too. It was very difficult to sleep and very exhausting.
The staff was practically non existent. We booked this hotel mainly because there was a fitness. The problem was that the website did not mention its opening hours (nor check-in hours by the way). The "gym" only open from 10:00 whereas the breakfast ends at 10:30. Basically, you can't work out in the morning then go to the gym. When confronted by this ridiculous fact, the staff could only justify it by "the manager" having to be there to open the gym.
Also, the sheets weren't changed. They just did the bed, didn't clean the tub. We had to ask them to redo the bed and change the sheets twice.
On the other hand, the pool was great, and it wasnt too expensive.
