Excellent location, easy to reach by car and with parking available.
The structure is a little dated but this is compensated by the friendly welcome of the owner and the price (including breakfast) especially for those staying for study reasons

We stayed here in 2 double rooms overnight the day before graduation. Despite being dated, the hotel offers a service that is excellent value for the price paid. The bathroom needs to be "reviewed" but the set of towels was fragrant and clean as were the toilets. The comfortable bed with Excellent pillows, no noise that disturbed sleep. Clean room. No fridge in the room. Kindness and courtesy of the restaurateurs. Good breakfast with non-branded milk. Thank you

Convenient price, free parking, clean room. located near the Cassino motorway exit, it is convenient for those who want to break the journey from north to south. Mediocre breakfast certainly could be improved with some fresh products. Dated bathroom. Shower with curtain is not permitted. Very kind staff.

The location is perfect for those passing through, it is just a few km from the junction, the gentleman who welcomed us was really very kind and we paid very little. The only problem is the bathroom of the room which has a curtain in the shower, it would be enough to put a small box. Of course the whole structure needs to be modernized but considering the price, it can fit. They also give a promoted breakfast.

If it were the hotel like the staff it would be a 5 star.
Structure to be completely modernized... really sad in the furnishings and hotel components. Creepy elevator. Peeling walls, dilapidated systems, unkept garden with a large tree fallen and left there.
It's a shame, because the location and the staff, as well as the cleanliness, are perfect. A good bed and spotless bathroom.
Price in line with the conditions of the structure: very low.

The Diana hotel is a quiet place where serenity reigns thanks to the sweet and kind welcome of those who manage it. If you want to feel at home you are in the right place.

Stayed one night in this structure, on the occasion of the Italian cross championships.
The structure appears very dated and would need heavy maintenance: peeling and moldy walls, old curtains in the showers, dilapidated balconies and grandmother's blankets that would need to be renewed (elements that it was not possible to evaluate from the photos).
Positive notes include the family hospitality of the managers, the extreme quiet at night and the good breakfast, all for a reasonable price (55 euros for two people)
Overall not too bad experience, but I don't think I will return to this hotel next time

Hotel in an exceptional location, with excellent quality/price ratio. Exquisite, very kind, always available 24 hours a day, family-run. Exceptional people! My favorite hotel in the whole area.

I stayed at the Hotel Diana for one night a few days ago and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The family-run staff were not only incredibly humble, kind and helpful, but also very thoughtful. They drove me to university one day and to the train station the next. In addition, I really appreciated their flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times and cancellation policies. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a stay in Cassino.

The Diana hotel is in an excellent position, 10 minutes from the motorway and 10 minutes from the center of Cassino, the owners are super kind and helpful, I found the room clean, perfect for a stopover, the bathroom is a little uncomfortable and small with a curtain shower where you it wets the entire floor, it's more than fine for a stopover, it has private parking, a mini bar down in the hall, the breakfast is a bit poor, I would have expected something more, certainly if I'm passing through the area I'll gladly go back, good price for what I get offers
