The Worst Resort Experience of Our Lives – Avoid at All Costs!” ⭐☆☆☆☆
We booked this resort with high expectations after reading positive reviews online, hoping for a peaceful holiday with our family and friends after a long flight. Unfortunately, what we experienced was shocking, unacceptable, and beyond belief.
On our very first night, a truly disturbing incident happened: because there weren’t enough glasses, one of our group members simply took 3 glasses from a table at the bar so we could share drinks. Out of nowhere, the bar manager suddenly rushed over, grabbed the 3 glasses, and smashed them violently on the table right in front of us — including small children who were terrified by what they saw!
Instead of calmly explaining the situation, the bar manager screamed angrily in Italian and ordered us to leave immediately. We were absolutely shocked and shaken by such aggressive and hostile behavior at a so-called luxury resort.
The next morning, we reported the incident to the hotel management, expecting professionalism, an apology, or at least an explanation. To our disbelief, the manager defended the staff, saying he acted this way because he was “very angry.” When we requested a formal apology, she avoided responsibility entirely and offered no solution, no compensation, and no respect.
This was supposed to be a place of relaxation and comfort, but instead, we were treated rudely, aggressively, and without dignity. The behavior of both the staff and management was completely unprofessional — it felt more like dealing with gangsters than hospitality workers.
If you value respect, safety, and peace of mind, do NOT stay here. There are many other resorts where guests are welcomed, respected, and treated with kindness. This place was an absolute nightmare — we will never return and strongly advise everyone to avoid it.

When we arrived, check-in took a long time and there were many mistakes. The room had no wifi, was small and had a lot of mosquitoes. When cleaning the room, they didn't knock on the door first. The reception staff spoke limited English, it felt like the hotel was only for locals. Towels on the beach were only changed once every 3 days. We paid for all inclusive but it was like nothing because of the time limit. Half of the items in the bar had to be paid for, like ice cream or chips for children. The bar manager was unprofessional. There was no respect for the guests. They even smashed cups in front of the guests. In 20 years of traveling, this is the first time I've seen such a terrible scene. We spent money to buy relaxation and in the end, we were very disappointed.

Bar service was unacceptable – the manager displayed aggressive and rude behavior, smashing a glass right in front of seated guests and shouting at people uncontrollably. She was also seen drinking alcohol while on duty, which is highly unprofessional.
Room quality – definitely not up to 4-star standards. The room was old, had a strong unpleasant odor, and there were many mosquitoes.
Cleanliness and hygiene – Shockingly, a rat was spotted in the dining area during one of our meals. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness in the hotel.

I traveled with my family (two adults and a 9-year-old child) on a tour organized by Fisher, with a total cost of €2720. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the price or expectations.
Positives:
Reception staff: Polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They provided great support during a medical emergency involving my friend’s child. I truly appreciate their attitude and responsiveness.
Morning coffee & barista: The coffee was excellent. The barista was kind, humorous, and professional. This was one of the few highlights of our stay.
Event staff: Energetic and cheerful, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere during hotel activities.
Negatives:
Room conditions:
No Wi-Fi, a lot of mosquitoes, and outdated furniture. The room didn’t meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the bathroom throughout our stay.
Food quality:
Very limited variety, many dishes were too salty. The only truly enjoyable dish was the roasted suckling pig.
Bar service:
Extremely poor and unacceptable. The bar manager lacked basic courtesy and acted inappropriately. Instead of politely informing a guest not to take a glass by themselves, she aggressively smashed a glass in front of us and spoke rudely, as if we were begging for something. We were paying guests, tipping respectful staff where appropriate. The “all-inclusive” experience felt more like charity than service.
To make things worse, we were told by hotel management that the bar manager would apologize for her behavior — but even after 3 days, no apology was made. That level of service is completely unprofessional and disappointing.
Transportation:
It was extremely difficult to get a taxi in this area — we waited approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to find one. Renting a car is highly recommended if you stay here.
Conclusion:
Although there were a few bright spots, the overall experience was not worth the high cost. We hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and makes improvements, especially in service quality and room conditions.

This hotel was a complete disappointment and absolutely not worth the money spent on our trip. The room was dirty, housekeeping was careless — trash was left behind, and even basic drinking water was not provided. The staff showed unprofessional and unfriendly attitudes, making us feel disrespected as guests. Instead of enjoying our vacation, our family ended up paying to bring home frustration. Definitely not a place we would ever return to.

Second time in a row with the family here, this place is amazing. It’s the only resort that would accommodate my tricky dietary requirements, and the team is stellar. Kudos to Chef Pasquale, Maitre Angelo and Grill master Alex!

Small resort, well maintained, clean and well organized. Excellent cleaning. Magnificent kitchen. Fantastic sea! There is a small pool here, which is always clean, with a lifeguard (very good). The sea is just a few meters from the hotel and the walk to it will be pleasant and short. The beach is clean, with two lifeguards always present and capable. The village has the entertainment of Eden: kind and sunny guys who made my 11 year old son have a wonderful holiday (thanks Georgia). The restaurant staff is professional and very helpful.

Well maintained place, clean rooms and very good food. Friendly and always available waiters. Animation.... what can I say.... Very good! From Angelo, Alessio, fitness teacher Joanna, Nausicaä mini club and all the staff. And also thanks to the singer Ilaria. We will definitely be back for a fourth time.

A wonderful experience at this beautiful resort. I wanted to thank everyone, starting with the very kind waiters and the chef, who makes us happy with his dishes. Thanks also to the guys at the bar. Beautiful beach, magnificent sea, always friendly and helpful lifeguards. And last but not least, I thank the animation staff: Nausicaä and Giorgia, who take care of our children and teenagers, Angelo, who organizes the evening perfectly, Alessio, who makes us laugh with his irony, and Silvia, who spends ours with her joyful voice evenings. I recommend the resort to everyone, families and non-families. We will definitely be back!!!
