Il Torrione

The best B+ B !! Lovely lady owner who speaks good English. Room, within a secret garden, was large , clean and with lovely views of the garden + lake beyond . Ensuite bathroom good size. Breakfast was excellent, meats , cheese , pastries and cereals . This was taken on a tray and eaten in the garden surrounded by roses and a brilliant view from the turret. Amazing place!!

The B&B is located right on the tower at the entrance of Castiglione del Lago, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. The room, very clean and tastefully decorated, overlooks a delightful garden. The breakfast, both sweet and savory, is quite rich. Monica's welcome was warm and caring. We will definitely be back.

Excellent B&B in every respect: hygiene, location, friendliness and professionalism of the owners who interact with their guests to make them feel just like "at home".
And then, attached to the structure, a magical hanging garden, nestled between a tower and the historic walls of 1500, with a wide view of the Trasimeno, up to the Umbrian and Tuscan hills, well-kept and shaded, where you can have breakfast and relax.

Characteristic location, well-kept and clean room, we had breakfast in the garden overlooking the lake. The very kind owner immediately provided us with directions for a visit to the small old village. I recommend Il Torrione for those who think of finding a base for touring the surroundings because it is located in the historic center full of places for dinner, but it is also a 5-minute walk from Lake Trasimeno.
