My family enjoyed our 3- day stay at the Hotel Italiana. The staff members were helpful and courteous. The breakfast provided a variety of items, including delicious pastries, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is convenient to cafe’s and shopping.

The man at the front desk helped us immeasurably by locating a taxi driver driver for us who helped us accomplish several very important things.

Very convenient, but the pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Also, connecting to the internet requires too many unnecessary steps.
Otherwise, it's well located, staff is helpful, rooms are good and the price is fair. Just make sure you take your pillows...

The Marquis welcomes you to Cosenza. The entrance is elegant, the staff kind, courteous and very helpful. The rooms are immaculate, beds comfortable. The bagni is magnificently appointed with best in equipment. The Sunday hostess and Bar tender, Emmanuela was a joy to practice our Google translate with. We laughed a lot tigether.

The staff are nice enough, but the room we stayed in smelled awful, super stale, maybe even moldy. The shower/tub leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the bedroom, the walls, ceiling, and floor are so thin I could hear everything going on outside our room and the hotel. The window kept making a weird sound, like something was hitting it. The towels smelled as bad as the room, so they weren’t fresh. Even my croissant at breakfast tasted like the room smelled. The hot chocolate at breakfast was delicious. Just trying to come up with something positive.
