The owner was very welcoming and passionate about the place, capable of providing very interesting descriptions and information. Excellent food. Beautiful swimming pool with mountain views. In short, a wonderful holiday

Beautiful hotel in the perfect position. Very friendly staff. Excellent food served in their own restaurant. The rooms are large, well equipped and very clean. Excellent value and well worth a visit. Will return 🙂

Terrible structure, we booked 3 rooms for 4 nights thinking of going to a 4 star hotel but upon arrival we immediately noticed the stars drawn on the external facade of the building but it has nothing of 4 stars at all.... Room service non-existent, quality of school canteen food for 4 buffet evenings, always the same dishes. We ordered a dish for the children (present on the menu and marked the evening before for ordering) at the time of service we asked why it didn't arrive and we were told that that dish had never been ordered. After a good 25 minutes they tell us that they made a mistake and contrary to what was previously stated, chicken breasts with butter were on the menu, as an alternative, chicken breasts with citrus fruits arrived. Second evening we asked if it was possible to bring the whustels ordered for the children together with the first adults (because they were hungry) they told us that it wasn't feasible we had to wait for the progress of the service. I will omit other details (food spilled on guests' shirts and never brought to the table again)...... on the last day, contrary to what is normally done, we were happy to return home!!!

Lovely little hotel with stunning food, Italy at it's finest. The hotel is located on the main Street in sppada, noise is not a problem. The staff is super friendly and can speak Italian, English and German. There is a pool and spa (nothing super fancy but it's ok) there are some new rooms with a lovely flair, the old rooms are fine. The food alone ist worth the stop, so u should totally jack it out.

Staff very kind and helpful. All very friendly. Our room was small but nice and certainly fine for a short stay like ours. Definitely to come back and take a few more days. Good breakfast with several things of their own production.

Excellent and welcoming structure, with a small spa with splendid mountain views. Super helpful and customer-focused staff. Excellent cuisine, both for dinner and for breakfast. Great location.

Structure lived up to expectations, we had a really good 3 nights! Crazy view, good food, fantastic staff and animal lovers (we had a small French bulldog), very relaxing spa! We had a great time we will be back for sure! Highly recommended.!
