The staff is very poor, no one speaks a bit of English which is a big inconvenience and problem. This is not a hotel for people who want to spend time together with friends, because there is no possibility to meet because the lady enters the room without knocking (act on violation of privacy and personal space) NO HEATING, the heating is turned off and the rooms are very cold, the staff treats people differently from abroad. In addition, the lady owner reminds us of damages that do not take place and immediately (with her mouth) calculates the damages and the amounts of money that we have to pay. When it comes to breakfast, there is no possibility of imposing your own meal (it is imposed by the owner himself), which makes a long queue and a lot of time is lost, which is important for some. When it comes to cleaning, one day the cleaners did not clean up, they only took pictures and sent them to the guardians with the signature that they would not clean up because it was dirty.

Hello, I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. It was the worste hotel in my life. Staff was terible and unpleasent. I don’t recomend this hotel.

We went to this hotel with group of 10 friends. The hotel was nice, but cold. Also the ski room was unlocked for the whole time. The room service didnt respect sign (to not enter and clean) on doors.
The hotel manager (owner?) was very stricked. She came to our room (without knocking on the door) at 8pm and told us, that we cant be in our room in more than 2 people. We were just playing board and having fun.
The food was also not ok. The hotel had two types of food - better (for Italian guests) and worse (for non-Italian)
People, who work at the hotel speaks just Italian, no other language. So this was big disadvantage.
To conclude... this hotel is not worth it!

Owners are very polite and helpful, the place is well kept and clean. Food is very good and varied. Located very close to a fun park for children.

Nice rooms but cold. Room for ski and snowboard also cold and unlocked for a whole day. Not worth the money.
