Hotel Nautic

I'm repeating the review, the hotel is highly recommended starting from the person, the owner Sonia is very false in her comments and very sarcastic, I came here to stay with a girlfriend of mine and I didn't even have the chance to let her come up to the room to get maybe 2 things, or to any emergency should be legit since I paid and the prices are not the lowest, (for the service and education)
Very good and kind cleaning staff, they too receive unpleasant comments from the owner.
Last fact, check-out at 10 in the morning, I asked to leave my bags at the reception, not even in the room, the answer was "we can't, I don't have space" with an apology.
Terrible hotel they should close it or change manager.
Fun completely canceled if it hadn't been for the cleaning girls who were very kind and available for everything.
A CLEANING WOMAN CAN MANAGE BETTER THAN THE OWNER, WE HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORTH IT.
Having said this, never go there, you'll sleep better on the beach.

I stayed a few days ago, unfortunately my experience was not positive. On the first day they told us upon arrival, and I add without warning, that they had no places in the hotel (hotel Italia) where I had to stay and that I had to go to a B&B (hotel nautic) two minutes away from the hotel. To accommodate him we accepted. But the sore point was in the payment, while I was paying they informed us that the price had increased due to the fact that I had stayed in another structure. The fact is not about the money, but about not having warned us before our arrival that there was no room and that they had to pay the difference, in short we took it a bit as a lack of respect.
Unfortunately, in the B&B associated with the hotel, despite the countless requests for towels, which were missing in the room, we waited a long time and were given torn towels. The reseption lady even scolded us because my child peed on the bed one night while he was sleeping and that she was so annoyed that she had to clean up the room for us.
The service is paid, even in abundance in exchange the customer should have certain services even the basic ones (e.g. cleaning of the room and having clean towels). It hurts me to say that among the paid services there is also the cleaning of the room, especially given which hosts children.

Parking very far away and for a fee.
For being a bed and breakfast it has nothing to do with breakfast, they send you to the nearby bar (which I recommend instead) and give you a banal breakfast and make you pay more for it than directly at the bar.
The kindness of the owner so praised in the comments is fake and very far from the genuine friendliness of the people of Romagna.
Air conditioning is paid separately.
You pay the entire bill upon arrival...
Sometimes the hotel is closed and if you don't have the card to enter you can't go to your room to get something you may need urgently (like medicine).
Too many things to improve. Not recommended and not in accordance with the rating as it is not deserved.
